This is cycle 4 following surgery for a missed miscarriage in June which was only 2 months after a natural miscarriage in April (it’s been a stressful year!). Felt really optimistic this month with rising temps higher than normal but still negative 😞 due to get period today as cycles have been 29 days like clockwork since the surgery and temp dropped yesterday so thought great onto next month but temps jumped back up again today 😤 I’m so frustrated, we started trying in January and fell pregnant cycle number 2 then fell pregnant again immediately after the first miscarriage and now nothing for what feels like forever 😩 it’s so disheartening tracking everything and timing things perfectly to no avail

Ok still no period, no positive test (opk or pregnancy) and i went back and added in days that I had watery/egg white CM after ovulation. I didn't add them before because I usually get that before my period so thought nothing of it. I didn't test most days with an opk but the last few days the opks have been negative. I know we had sex last week but can't remember when and I'm kicking myself for not logging it. This is my 2nd cycle after a 9 week mmc back in July. I natural miscarried at 12 weeks in August. Any input?

My chart has never looked like this before. Curious to hear opinions, esp bc Fertility Friend is giving me a 23/100 for early pregnancy signs (and I know it's not reliable and is dependent on many algorithmic factors).

TTC for 9 months. I’ve had one miscarriage and one live birth. I’m being monitored by my OB/GYN, and I usually ovulate two follicles each cycle and have really good BBT charts.
This cycle, I didn’t track anything because I had surgery under general anesthesia on CD6, followed by antibiotics from CD7–CD11. Now I’m worried the surgery or medication might have affected my ovulation. 😭
Has anyone had a similar experience while TTC? Did it affect your cycle?

Does CD16 as my ovulation date make more sense, or CD19? I thought that FF followed the "three temps higher than the last six temps" rule, which as I see it would make most likely ovulation day on CD19 -- but that's so far after my LH peak. I tried to track CM but I only ever see a tiny bit personally, so that's a much less reliable marker for me.

My past 3 cycles I've ovulated between CD14-18, with cycles 28-32 days in length. Before that, I was on the pill.

No BFP for me, just trying to follow sub rules (hoping I have).

I’m curious to hear from those that had success with low progesterone. I have had lower than optimal results in the past (below 8ng/ml) and was never given progesterone supplements. I did several rounds of letrozole and Clomid which helped increase my progesterone levels (Clomid did the most) but my RE states that at this point, more medicated cycles aren’t really going to give me much added benefit. So now I’m on an unmedicated cycle and have tested home pdg, all negative 5-9 dpo. I do know progesterone is released in spikes or whatever, but it seems I would have had one positive? What’s even more confusing to me is that I had a rise in BBT and, other than a small dip 6dpo, it has remained above my coverline and I thought it was progesterone that kept it higher but my tests indicate my progesterone is below 5ug/ml.

(TTC 1, Cycle 6, usually 30 days cycles and ovulation VD 17)

For background I have a History of endo, working with a fertility specialist to track ovulation for progesterone supplementation.

• Oct 18: LH strip peak.

• Oct 21: Ultrasound showed no rupture yet (delayed ovulation).

• Oct 23: Follow-up ultrasound confirmed follicle rupture & corpus luteum presence (ovulated between Oct 21-23).

• Oct 25: Started tracking with Inito (estrogen and progesterone looked typical for post-ovulation).

• Oct 27 (Today): Woke up with ovulation-style cramping, bloating, and discharge. Inito and standard LH strips both show a second LH and FSH surge today.

Am I gearing up to attempt ovulation a second time despite the confirmed corpus luteum, or is something else causing this secondary surge? Has anyone experienced this?

let’s say i tracked cd4-14 of bbt BUT missed cd15-22 , can i even accurately see if i truly ovulated ? should i just not count my reading from this morning to see if i ovulated lol . like can I even see if I ovulated the cycle with the chart or no?

my test were positive for cycle day 21 and 22 which is weird for me because they usually go down on ovulation day

I’ve used Inito for 8 cycles and never gotten an fsh above .8 even before my period, even during the first 2 days of my period. Today at 9dpo fsh rose to 1.4. The two days prior it was .45. I know fsh typically signals egg growth for the next cycle. Anyone who experience this and still have a positive that cycle? I’m not using any medication.

I didn’t have a positive OPK this month, tested once a day from CD9, twice a day from CD14. I have been ovulating CD15/16 since my MMC so thought I’d be a bit more chill about testing this month 🤡
I haven’t got a clue when I ovulated tbh. My partner went away from Wednesday 21st October, I thought I hadn’t ovulated yet so it’d be delayed ovulation, thought I wouldn’t have any chance this month but then my temps seem to tell a different story. I use my Garmin temp because BBT was making me wake up early and stressed and I’m trying my hardest to be chill (I absolutely do not feel chill).

FF estimates my ovulation day as CD12. Do we agree with this? Anyone have any other ideas?

If FF is correct it would put me at 12DPO today. My temp is up and it usually drops at 11DPO. Also my HRV (heart rate variation) on Garmin has dropped into unbalanced the last two nights which happened the first time I got pregnant. I have had a negative wondfo early detection today and yesterday. Testing negative at 12DPO is pretty definitive I’ve read so I guess my HRV and temp is just trolling me? Guess I’m just clutching at straws that I don’t actually know my ovulation date so don’t know my DPO?

Title pretty much says it. Had an early ovulation, so I'm afraid I'm out this cycle. Did anyone have a chart like this and still got a BFP?

According to FF I’m 4DPO, but how sure are they? Because BBT can increase in 1 - 3 days after ovulation.

I’m hopping I’m further along in DPOs because if FF app is right, I only would have a 9 days luteal phase, and I’m scared that is not enough time to conceive.
My cycle is generally 28 days.

Last month I had 14 days luteal phase, but this month I ovulated later than normal.

I tracked with ClearBlue advanced OPK and basic LH strips, and cervical mucus.

I had a faint positive pregnancy test on Sat morning (8 DPO), and negatives the past two mornings. I’m assuming it ended up being a chemical pregnancy. With what looks like a possible implementation dip on 7 DPO, do you think I’m out for this cycle?

I have ordered pdg tests cause obviously temping isn’t going to get me anywhere🫩

So I have been attempting to track BBT, but find it really difficult to take my temp at the same time (i don’t have consistent wake up time) and i often forget. If my BBT is taken at varying times in the day, is it more accurate to go off of my Apple Watch?

I had a 8 week MC 4 months ago and so far looks like I have ovulated twice since then.
What day was ovulation looking at these temps?
How many more days should I wait to test?
I am already a week late for my period but looks like I ovulated late also.

I just started taking progesterone 2 days ago to induce a bleed. Yesterday I had an LH surge…. I’m wondering if this is a fluke?? Has anyone else ever experienced this??

Hi everyone!

I’d really appreciate some help interpreting my current BBT chart.
I’m 35, and this is my first natural cycle after a miscarriage in July (anembryonic pregnancy), followed by an operative hysteroscopy in September to remove retained pregnancy tissue.

My period started on October 6, and I’m currently on CD21, with no confirmed ovulation yet.

A little background:
My cycles are usually around 32–35 days, sometimes longer.
On CD15 (20th October), an ultrasound showed a dominant follicle measuring approximately 14 mm.
My prolactin was slightly elevated at 30 ng/mL, measured on CD3 (08th October)
My LH tests were negative up until CD17, but I’ve since run out of tests.
I haven’t noticed much fertile cervical mucus.
I measure my BBT rectally every morning.
My doctor mentioned that my follicular phase seems prolonged and that my slightly elevated prolactin could be contributing to delayed ovulation.

Looking at my chart, do you think I might have already ovulated, or does it look like ovulation is still approaching?

I’m also curious whether anyone experienced delayed ovulation or unusual temperature patterns during their first cycle after a miscarriage or hysteroscopy.
Any thoughts or similar experiences would be really appreciated. Thank you! ❤️
