Hellcat micro
Just got back from the range with my brand new hellcat micro and I couldn’t get any shots on the bulls eye, any advice? I would have too aim really high and even then sometimes that wouldnt even work, thanks in advance!

I shot a og hellcat first, before buying and ended up with the pro and it fit in my hand so much better, even without an extended mag. Its snappy for sure, but with a little time and effort you can train so it doesn't effect you as much.

I went from my first handgun (Glock 19) to hellcat micro, definitely had to fix my grip and make sure I was squeezing the bottom of my grip tight to control the recoil. Dry firing drills and cycling snap caps at the range has helped big time.

My POA and POI is different than other firearms. I use a 6oclock hold for all my other firearms but I get best results with a combat (on target) hold with my OSP. The higher front sights cause me to shoot lower so i need to change the front sight hold.
Secondly, a micro will expose your bad habits. It’s ok, admit you need to practice more and do that. My OSP taught me to become a better pistol shooter. Any mistakes are highlighted with a micro. You might be able to get away with a slight jerk, with a longer barrel (or sight) pistol but that jerk will mean inches or feet from a micro.
Just keep practicing so when you take your shot you do not jerk or twitch, sending that round off target. You just need to be more proficient and that only comes with more training.

Micro will be very tough to shoot well.dry fire alot with getting and keeping sight picture throught squeeze. Also make sure you have a solid neutral grip that will not pull or push during trigger sweep. Good luck. Those little guns are best for feet, not yards.
