I'm playing as the cardassian union, year 2324. Event didn't pop up, so used the normal conquer casus belli against Bajor. Conquered, but nothing is happening, so i think the event chain was broken by me. Can anyone clarify how to achieve the start of the event, or even console commands so the flow of the story event occurs e.g. terok nor, resistance etc.

Around 2318, disabled and built certain buildings so my food supply was minus 0. The rest of the resources was positive e.g. energy credits +700. Usually, the starvation event pops up saying it was over in 2319, but didn't in this instance.

Bajor is part of a alliance with xepolite guard and antedians. I have tried to kick bajor out of the alliance, but it just gets even more messy.
