21 years ago, Rammstein released their fifth studio album Rosenrot.

The album was recorded in almost three months in the El Cortijo Studio in Spain, and the Teldex Studio in Germany. In an interview Till mentioned, that the work on the album was rushed and they didn't have time to really think about the songs.

Before the album was called Rosenrot, the band had the album titles Reise, Reise Vol. 2 and Reise, Weiter, Reise in mind. The artwork for the album is nearly the same as for the Japanese edition of the previous album Reise, Reise. The cover shows the ice breaker USS Atka, on a photo taken by Charles Swithinbank on 13 March 1960 at McMurdo Station, Ross Ice Shelf, Antarctica.

For the album the band worked with songs, that were left over from the recordings to Reise, Reise. Those songs were Rosenrot, Wo bist du, Mann gegen Mann, Zerstören, Ein Lied, Feuer und Wasser and Hilf mir. All seven songs from the previous album session were left as they were. For the newly recorded songs, the band reworked a few demos, which turned into Benzin, Spring, Stirb nicht vor mir and Te quiero puta!.

4 days before the album release, a flashcard was released. It contained sound snippets of several songs and the photoshoot by Mat Hennek. Flake is not present on the promotional photos for the album, because he suffered from mumps. His brother replaced him instead.

Once punk — forever punk! The polka dot meth rock duo from outer space might be not your thing, but booooy was that intense!

These drawing have a speciel story to tell. Them and listen to Rammstein, got me through a dark periode of my life. I did some stupid shit and were sentence 1,5 year in prison. I deside, that Ive would use the time constructic, istead of give it all up. I had never draw before but now I had all the time in the world. I cant express how much Rammstein meant to me in these 18 month, as said it was my escape. My perspectiv was in creativity, listen to metal and learn something completly new from the bottom up. Thank you Rammstein !

Just finished building the Rammstein stage from BlueBrixx and I absolutely loved every minute of it!

It took me around 10 hours to complete, taking my time and just enjoying the building process. I’m really impressed by how well they managed to recreate the stage, especially all the little details like the flames, lighting rigs and the the drum kit.

I'm still going to order the 3x3 cm sticker to put on the red square and going to repost once this stage is Rammstein branded!

As a Rammstein fan, this was an absolute blast to build! 🤘🔥

Did anyone see live in Paris in the movie theater? How was the experience?

Sketched Till in my free time and liked how it turned out :D

All of the demos are released and none of them got abandoned

As far as I remember mine was Auslander

Most of the time the bass doesn't stand out too much and follows the guitar but Oliver can occasionally surprise us with something different that's honestly really good and shows off his creativity

I've always wondered if this is some unknown song or a working title, does anyone here have any clue?

Der Preis ist übrigens in DM (Deutsche Mark), 5 Jahre vor Einführung des €uros.

Not sur if it is his boots or not, but that ok 👍

Are there any Rammstein fanfiction readers here?

Hi everyone!

I'm curious whether anyone here reads Rammstein-inspired fanfiction, especially longer stories with psychological themes, alternative history, art, or medicine.

I've been writing stories inspired by Rammstein for several years, in both German and English. Some of them have grown into full-length novels.

I'd love to know whether other fans enjoy this kind of fiction, too. What sorts of stories do you like reading?

Now that Tills 2027 tour is announced, what are your thoughts on another Rammstein tour happening soon?

Love this riff!
