Behavior Why do my bunnies do this?
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Yeah I know they groom each other to show affection but my bunnies start these loops where the start grooming each others butt and won’t stop doing so. Is this a similar thing to the ear-rubbing-grooming-trigger?

Care One rabbit
Is it ok to have one rabbit? I had oreo for four years now and he is a single bunny which we give as much attention as possible he does like alone time, i think he is a Netherlands dwarf rabbit.

Pinklebun is our special-needs bunny. He has no teeth to chomp, so he's worked out how to slap and scratch for attention!

Health My little derp ♥️
He’s been dealing with rhinoliths and nebulizing the past year, doing much better but yesterday we got another ct scan before his annual check up for caution. He’s coming back to himself slowly, but could use some extra love and good wishes for his results 🙏🏼
He’s my daemon and makes my life soo much better i love him to death
His name is Dash because he keeps dashing 🐰

Pet costume contest
I entered my buns into a costume contest for my professional school and they are barely losing the insta story poll, but I thought you guys might appreciate it. I’m so sad that they might lose since I thought they looked so cute 😔🥹
If anyone feels like voting for them, lmk and I’ll send the username/link!

Health Questions about Stasis
Quick backstory - I just adopted this sweet nearly one year old girl Penny from a local rescue. She was taken in by them from a humane society when she was suffering from stasis. I don’t know how long ago this was, but the rescue reassured me that she is perfectly healthy now and has made a full recovery.
Now for the question - since she has had stasis, does that make her more prone to getting it again? I’ve had my boy bunny Louis for nearly two years now without an issue. Does Penny’s past require me to be more vigilant than normal?

little trouble maker
his names lucky, and he is a devient,, he's full access to a bowl of food but yerns for the bucket, and he attacks the cats if they so much as look at him (they are now terrified)
but aside from being the devils son, he's a lovable lil guy who likes chin scratches
he's a dwarf bunny and maybe like 5-7 years old

Rescue A little genetic anomaly.
This little guy showed up out my doorstep last night. The temperatures are dropping pretty hard out there, and with his coat I'm 100% sure he would not survive the winter up here in Alaska. He and his siblings were kittens in my yard all summer. My neighborhood has a rather large population of feral domestic up here. It was surprising because he actually let my wife pick him up and check on him. He is to go to the vet for a check up, but now he has a more suitable and warm home.
The second picture is a relative of the little fluff ball.

Bonding Rabbit grief: When to get a new partner Spoiler
galleryMy sweet girl Lady Anne has to be euthanized tomorrow. We’ve only had her for 5 months and I am incredibly heartbroken. I don’t want her to go. Her ultrasound results today proved to be terminal and with the pain she is in it is the best thing to do.
My boy Pugsley is incredibly bonded to her. This is his first bonded mate and they do everything together and are so in love. It feels awful knowing he will be alone now after experiencing a bond that deep. We will be taking him to see her body in the euthanasia room so he can maybe understand and feel closure, but i’m very worried about him becoming depressed. I’m worried he will never have a bond like this with another rabbit again. When is too soon to try bonding him with someone else? He is highly intelligent and social. I don’t know if it’s best to do it while he is the most lonely or to wait for him to heal.
This entire situation is incredibly heartbreaking. We have only had Lady for 5 months and i’ve spent an incredible amount of money and resources on trying to prolong her life to be able to stay with him after we found out she was sick. Financially I don’t know if it’s best to get someone new so soon, but overall I want what is best for him and his mental health. I start school in January which is why I got him a bonded mate in the first place. Can anyone offer me advice?

Maxine and Clover came to the shelter together and have rarely been seen apart since. Ruby is slightly more independent.
They're so funny🥰
