Care One rabbit

Post image

Is it ok to have one rabbit? I had oreo for four years now and he is a single bunny which we give as much attention as possible he does like alone time, i think he is a Netherlands dwarf rabbit.

I have a single bun (not bonded to my other 3) and he seems perfectly happy. I will get him a partner one day but right now he is content as a spoiled only bun

I would love another one but I don't think I can take care of two, one is already very messy

Yes, we'll idk he used to be in a cage but then we have him free roam, he does still cause a scene. Its not poop or pee but just like fur, hay, and just eats stuff like towels sometimes

It's okay if they seem to be happy and you give em attention sometimes it's not possible to have 2 bunnies insce they are very expensive animals. Also that's a silly bunny so cute

Rabbits are social creatures and adopting a friend will benefit both of your lives! However if you can afford to care to two rabbits.

My male would prefer to be the only. Sometimes it's totally ok.

not optimal. What would be your other options?

I’ve had it both ways and they seem happier with a partner.

But without a partner you become the 2nd bunny in a way if you spend a lot of time with them. Right now my boy is alone so I am trying to spend as much time as possible with him
