Save for TDQ, there is almost no characterization (or even a recognizable signature walk) from any of the queens as they walk the runway this season. It's either a simple walk and smile here, now smile over there, or the, "I'm so fierce, I'm so puss," face, no matter what the look. It's getting dull and boring, like where is the Uniqueness? I don't mean doing a character necessarily, more just selling the garment, giving a little personality.
As a side-note: I just rewatched S13 US and, due to Covid restrictions, the queens had to make each other over. A lot of the judging was based on how well the queens embodied each other physically, it really highlighted how distinct each personality performed on the runway, which only drove this point in for me even more.
Edit: Alik is a good example of having a fierce walk but switching things up in the face and hands. It's subtle but effective. She served her Kitsch runway differently than other looks.

I hope the admins allow room for thoughtful opinions, even when they’re critical, as long as they’re expressed respectfully.
That said, I think we need to be honest about how Mocha from Drag Race UK can come across as quite egotistical and, at times, difficult to warm to. And honestly, that’s frustrating because her drag and talent are FANTASTIC. I can fully appreciate and respect what she brings creatively while still finding some of her behaviour and constant need for attention or approval off-putting.
I felt similarly about one of the winners from Canada’s Drag Race. It makes me wonder how much personality should factor into how we perceive and support a queen’s success. Obviously, being likeable isn’t a prerequisite for being talented or deserving of recognition, but surely we’re allowed to acknowledge when someone’s attitude makes it harder to root for them?
You can absolutely respect someone’s talent and still not particularly like their personality. Those things can coexist.

The Rusical has been my favourite episode so far! KY Kelly and Mocha really stood out to me, and Naya Thorn was great too. I love when the queens get to show off their performance skills rather than just serving looks on the runway. This episode was proper entertaining! ❤️

For me personally I think UK6 is by far the best followed by UK2 and then UK8/UK4/UK5 are all pretty similar levels of good and I rank them differently each time (maybe UK8 3rd atm cause I’m biased) then UK1 then UK3 and UK7 last.

What do we think?
Such a shame when families almost blame themselves for the loss, especially such an ally!
Poor thing!
Not that I would want Mocha to go…. AAAH!
Just brain dumping.

I think whereas other seasons it’s been clear to identify 2 queens who have stood out as the ones to beat (Viv and Divina, Lawrence and Bimini, Kyran and La Voix, Michael and Ginger) I feel like this season there’s a lot of balance and equal footing between the queens and they are all eating it up (sorry KY). I think Mocha and KY started of as the ones to beat and have managed to maintain such a strong standing and Flesh has started to rise up these past few weeks but I would argue Naya is the strongest being in the top every week (except girl groups and design) and proved to be a well rounded queen who’s charisma has won over the judges

Does anyone else struggle with the last few episodes of seasons of Drag Race UK? It's nothing against the queens or the actual sort of talents there, but I just feel like the last three episodes of most UK series really go through the exact same motions. Like with the makeovers. Yes, they're lovely, and it's really nice to see, you know, the queens have supportive families, but it's always the same kind of material each makeover. And then inevitably we get the top five roast, which, you know. And whilst I think the roast can be good, it's just very much, I feel like with the UK seasons, the last three episodes are always carbon cut and paste, and it just gets a bit old. And I really struggled to get through last night's makeover episode, actually. Like, I watched it in two sittings. I'm just curious if anyone else feels the same, and it's like, it's not that I'm enjoying the season any less. It's just everything gets a bit repetitive when it comes to these kind of things on Drag Race. And it's like once you've seen one finale, you've seen them all. You know, they have their chat with Ru and Michelle. Someone is like, Oh, I'm a bit worried, but then they do great in the performance, and then we have the why should you be the UK's next drag superstar? And it's just all going through the motions. And I'm not saying I don't like sappy emotional stuff, but sometimes when it's the same sappy emotional stuff each season in the same beats, it just gets a bit fatiguing.

I get the simplicity of Naya's outfit choices for her and her mom but my God did she get her mother STAMPED! They look absolutely stunning. I was for certain they were the winners. And HOW was KY not in the bottom 2 along with Alik? Coral did in my opinion an exceptional job, I disagreed with the judges critiques. I don't understand, honestly. Does anyone else agree? However that being said this was such a refreshing makeover challenge, especially as of late compared to the last few franchise seasons in recent years.

I truly hope Mocha wins this season, I find her by far the most likable and unique queen. She also seems like a dream to work with as a producer, she knows how to play the game and how to make good tv.

That makeover episode was so great. I got a big kick out of Coral’s mom. KY was finally on her best behavior the whole time with her mom there. But my favorite moment of the whole episode was Naya’s mom telling Flesh’s dad that he looked hot, and him quietly agreeing.
(They both looked amazing)
