General Help Building a PC from scratch

Hi, I'm looking to start over with building a PC. I'm looking for recommended sites and hardware to purchase during Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales.

Buy as soon as you can. The prices will not go down for amd 9000s and 40/50 series Nvidia gpus. Ram prices will also not go down in the foreseeable future. It depends on the area you live. I live in east coast US, so I have access to Microcenter, Best Buy, Walmart, B&H, Newegg, and Amazon. If you live in the US, you should have access to most of those stores listed, except for Microcenter and B&H. Just check and try not to shop from a single store, compare prices.
