Driving on i4 this morning this box truck was very distracting. IMO they shouldn’t be legal to have these on the road especially before sunrise.

Hey y’all, not sure this is the right place but I’m desperate and need help. Today around 2:40pm near exit 98 (Lake Mary), I had a uHaul wardrobe box fall out of the bed of my pickup. It flipped and landed upright on the right hand shoulder fully intact. By the time I was able to get off and circle back, someone had taken all the clothing out and tossed the box back into the road. There was no debris and the police/road rangers had no reports of debris and were unable to help.

The box was full of vintage clothing I’ve been collecting since middle school and things of sentimental value. If anyone saw anything or picked anything up, please please please let me know. I’m distraught and would appreciate any advice or leads

Edit for clarity: I did not load the vehicle. I did not drive the vehicle. I was not even in the vehicle when this happened. My post was written as it was because I didn’t want to bore people with what felt like superfluous details. As soon as I was made aware of what happened, I called the police and road rangers to make sure that any hazard was accounted for and taken care of. I’m not naive and I’m aware this was a long shot. I’m extremely thankful that no one was hurt and that the only things lost were material objects. Shit happens. Life moves on.

Waymo decided to stop dead in the middle of the turn lane on Colonial before I4. West couldn't turn Left and going East had to merge around this damn thing.

I’ve been here for two months as a UCF student (btw the homecoming game was AWESOME), and I’m loving my time here. I want to move here after I finish college in 4 years, and I want to know what the general culture of Florida is outside of the college campus and the theme park stretch.

How do you guys think of Florida? What should I do to fit in? Do you think it’s worth it to live here?

Looking for any recommendations on shops/mechanics to replace some control arms and some other issues with my truck. Engine runs fine but was quoted a crazy amount by Expert Car Care. I'm getting a bad shake on the highway.

I have a 2013 Toyota Camry. I have a front passenger door handle missing and a driver side back passenger door handle missing. I do have the parts to replace it. I called the Toyota dealership I bought the car from and they quoted me $219 an hour per door to replace the handles estimating it would take an hour each door. Looking for a more reasonable price in the Orlando area or somewhere in Seminole county. Thank you!
