My pvp load out, 240 fps xsls, moded outlaw, chest rig, and a solo pro i carry, 3 15 dart mag, 3 12 dart mags and a 12 mag on the blaster, an outlaw with another cilinder on the pouch over the holster, and two 6 round angled talons if a decide to run my brute pro as a secondary and a litle solo pro (i play at an airsoft field and play with my friends who also play airsoft just like me i love both hobbys :))

Since I want to get a 3d printer, I also want to experiment with lights in blasters, for sci Fi designs and so on, but I have to figure out how to accomplish that, I need a plastic that spreads the light from the inside of the blaster evenly, a homogeneous light that doesn't let you see the individual LEDs, so some sort of foggy transparent plastic, idk if it exists, or how it's called, or if it can be 3d printed

I was looking for some cool blasters and they have a good selection but the shipping is way too high to be viable for me. Are there any other sites to buy higher end blasters with cheaper shipping?

Love the high power string plunger options from Bruce Leedle and the Longest Mantis Shrimp doesn't disappoint. It's over 3.5ft long and feels solid. With 4 loops it hits at least as hard as an Ontos. Still gotta install the BCAR bearings.

I’ve done several modifications to my Stampede and it looks great, but the reset spring is too weak. I currently use a 9kg spring (22.5mm x 120mm) and it’s just not cutting it and while I bought a 14kg spring online, I was just informed it was mislabeled and it’s just another 9kg spring… Where do y’all get your springs?

From some of my testing using 4 mm cord and a 300mm x 13 mm ID barrel...3x individual cords, 2 were fairly tight and one not quite as tight, much easier prime than before and averaging about the same as the harder prime on the stock printed barrel, after 30x darts...average was 223.6...highest was 230.2 and lowest was 217.3

Cut the looser cord, leaving the two tight cords leaving a crazy easy prime, same barrel, 30x darts...average was 186.6...highest was 190.5 and lowest was 181.2...

tried my 450 mm x .509 barrel on both cord set-ups and was easily losing 20-25 fps

Im planning to mod my Rapidstrike to shoot full length darts at a decent rate of fire to run on a 3S lipo, here are the parts (all sourced from CC due to shipping costs)

3x Kraken 3S 130 motors for flywheels and pusher
CC Rapidstrike Overhaul pack with 42.5mm motor spacing
CC Cyclone Flywheels

Q1: Is the motor spacing sufficient for these flywheels and what is the minimum current input for Kraken motors so I can decide what Lipo battery to get.

Q2: Does the 3d printed CC switch plate make the trigger feel very shallow and reduces the travel distance of the trigger pull significantly? (since there is no spring and only the microswitch)

I'm restarting my collection after a move and all of it was purged. I'm wondering what are some good blasters to look for second hand. They really don’t have to be powerfully because I intend to shoot friends with them., (it would be nice though) I'm also more so looking for some cheap blasters to get. (by cheap I mean like 10$ for the used stuff ) I could probably get like a few 30$ ones so suggestions at that range are nice too. I have the x-shot pro longshot 2.0 in mind because it's strong, but for now that'd probably be like my only new and strong blaster. Also ideally I don’t really want single fire blasters (suggestions of those are welcome though)

(sadly an adventure force nexus was part of the purge.)

Why is this happening?

Spent the weekend finalizing my design for the ANVIL mags pouch. It has an elastic strap to help hold the mag in place for players with more aggressive play styles. The strap can be adjusted for different size ANVIL mags, or you can remove it for an even faster reload. Attach it to your molle gear or just throw it on your belt and get to flinging foam and shells.

Recently started a gryphon build and I'm having trouble with the cage print tolerances. Is it worth it to try and dremel the cage a little deeper ? When I look down the barrel at the flywheels they are perfectly aligned but the barrel end where the dart comes out is not aligned and is too high for the dart to even come out. First try it jammed any suggestions?

i had my first jam but i think it was because i loaded the dart wrong and it was pretty easy to fix!

after running it at a game i can safely say this is one of my favorite blasters i own and I've had it for less than a week

edit: thank you to r/nerf user who pointed out you can fill the tubes with 12 darts, put 2 more in the breach, load one into the barrel, then one more in the breach to increase the capacity from 12 to 15!

Hoping for some advice/suggestions.

I’d been struggling to figure out what my nephew (10) would like for Christmas, until yesterday, when he got really animated talking about Nerf guns.

His friend has one that my nephew thinks is really cool. He was trying to describe it to me, but all I managed to get was that it holds way more bullets, it’s cool, it’s like a “machine gun”, and it might have two different firing modes? Possibly?

My nephew has speech difficulties and can sometimes find it hard to communicate, so I’m not entirely sure I did a great job of grasping what he was describing.

I really want to get him one that he’ll think is cool, you know? I don’t want to disappoint him.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am in the market for a brushless side arm style blaster. I am drawn to the atrox and the lailaps due to their adjustable power settings allowing me to tune the FPS down for play with my son and his friends when not in a more adults only environment. I read in a few places that when the lailaps first came out there were some issues in a few of the first examples with firmware. Have all of these issues been worked out at this point?

Heavily inspired by the PK Squire. I think the mechanism is pretty solid, but I'm worried that the longer spring post will create some unwanted sideways stress on it. Trying to go as simple as possible but I didn't want the priming mechanism to be a rear pull tab.

Ignore the non moving seal and pin, I forgot to constrain them.
