Mid laners spawn in the middle front. Side laners on their respective sides (exp on exp lane side , gold on gold lane side). And roam behind gold and jg behind exp. They form a pentagon

Spawn placement is based on your selected lane (applies in ranked, not sure about classic)

So true. I just faced against another Kadita user today while playing as Akai, and it was also just painful that my team of course lost. Dude kept diving at my teammates, and whenever I dashed to try to smash Kadita, I of course always miss.
