Which Zero pose is better: Zero looking same direction as X, Zero looking opposite but symmetrical direction of X

I like the second one where they’re looking in the same direction. Gives vibes that they are buddies working to support each other 😊

First one is better for an action scene type pose

Second is reminiscent of game box art

Exactly. First feels like they’re getting swarmed, second feels like they’re abt to WHOOP ASS

First one. Both are on the attack defending each other.

Second feels like there getting cluttered together and Zero looks like he jumping backwards into X.

Normally I’d say the first but I can’t lie, the second one is so buddy cop coded. Just feels right.
