Honestly dude (or gal) I don't even date in university. I'm tryna get into grad school, and also I'm part of a few clubs and tryna have a better social life and I think I wouldn't really have the time for dating and/or it would just distract from everything else.

Join the McMaster Climbing Club. Great group of guys and you’ll meet a lot of new people. Gotta start somewhere

honestly as someone that’s been in relationships, one was abusive and the other was just a creep. i promise you, the grass isn’t always greener on the other side. and dating is hard, so fucking hard!!it will come to you eventually, patience is key

Don’t live your life around the possibility of someone else fixing it.

Instead of going home to wallow, find something, you can’t even really support a relationship until you can be contempt with who you are without one.

Get a hobby, something artistic helps, music or painting. Find something to fill the void, then and only then will you be ready to welcome someone else into your life.

Well then try to go to bed fulfilled in your day. Leave yourself little time to dwell on these things. Instead make yourself a productive day that you can fall asleep proud of.

It’s hard to feel sad about an empty bed when your head is so full of accomplishments.

Dating is important as it helps you learn about yourself even if things don’t work out.
If you’re having a hard time, you’re not the only one.

Practice gratitude, be friendly and outgoing, have boundaries and principles. Simply live and enjoy your life and the right person will come along your way.

Honestly pick up a hobby. Something you actually enjoy and something that is social rather than something you do alone.

Usually those are always a great way to meet people in a more organic setting and could lead to relationships

Go watch some youth campus romantic anime, trust me this is a good medicine. It can effectively cure your current loneliness.😊

the best relationships are formed when you aren’t looking for it. try to find more activities or hobbies you can immerse yourself into and I promise you will meet people along the way

most privileged take ever

How the fuck is that privileged? 😂😂 even if this person had mental health issues. Guess what. A therapist would make attempts at having this person go through exposure therapy little by little as well as work out the issues.

did we read the same post? god forbid young adults want relationships

Yeah and how do you do that? By staying inside doing nothing? Lol. The more things you do the more people you meet the more people that are possibilities.

Learn yourself! Be comfortable being single, make friends, do interesting things, fill your life with friendships and the right person who adds to your life will come
