Made a map showing all jeeps and buses that I know of and what and where they go to starting at Buendia.
Hope this helps people who are struggling on what public transport they need to use in order to go to their destination.
If I made any mistakes or if you think there are more routes, kindly tell me, I'll try to improve it.

Manila Garbage Disposal
galleryAre the garbage collectors allowed to open garbage and leave it on the street?
I understand that they want to make extra income by collecting the used plastic bottles and metal in the garbage, but it smells extremely bad, plus they end up leaving some if the garbage on the road. It makes the whole street smell absolutely disgusting. The condo admin i live in has reported this already to the LGU, but It never gets resolved.

Who has experience with the Christian Travel Center (CTC) in Manila?
Has anyone had any experiences with this business? A friend of mine (now deceased) visited the Philippines to consult a faith healer (a "hilot"?) through the CTC many years ago. Instead, he was detained and had his passport confiscated. He didn't go anywhere, and left about a week later when the embassy insisted on it.
There are only a few more details, of course, and now that he is passed, I'd like to try filling in the gaps.
Any help? Thank you.

May maitutulong ba? Salamat.

Manila City Hall's Clamping Policy Is Excessive
galleryIt is wrong to park illegally, and there should be a fine for illegal parking. Fair enough.
But it is NOT correct to immobilize citizens means of transportation because that is an additional burden over and above what they already pay as fine.
Take this for example -- our neighbor has a proper garage, she's a doctor. Her car is parked inside her property. Then someone parked in front of her gate which is wrong - a delivery vehicle obviously temporarily there (still wrong). MTPB clamped the delivery vehicle still blocking the gate of the doctor. Result -- the doctor was unable to leave to operate on her patient on time even though she has nothing to do with the illegally parked vehicle.
How many workers must suffer no-work-no-pay or even business people lose their deals because of disrupted livelihood?
Ang multa sa illegal parking ay nararapat lang pero clamping is just excessive and imposing added burden beyond the monetary penalty. It disrupts people's livelihood.
What should be done is to use the NCAP which as Manila City Hall mentioned already has been in effect since October 5, 2026. Take a picture of the vehicle illegally parked and let the driver/owner settle it within a fair amount of time.
There are places where it's better to tow the vehicle when it's obstructing or when the vehicle does not have proper plate number. NCAP na lang, mas mabilis pa kung collection lang gusto ng city hall.
There is a reason why Manila is such a dumpster because policy implementors are incompetent, tolerating or benefitting from chaos.

Can I bring a sandwich to the National Museums?
Honestly don’t wanna walk to a nearby resto or fast food place, kasi I wanna maximize my visit to at least two museums and will probs eat the sandwich as I walk to the next museum lol. Also, a lot cheaper and healthier to make your own food! <3
I’m not gonna bring it inside the museum itself or anything haha, pero can I leave it in my bag when I check it in the baggage counter, or are they gonna ask me to throw it away? :’)

Dangwa flower shop recommendations and pasabuy/errand services before Nov 1?
Hi! I'll be going home a few days before November 1, and I'm planning to buy flowers for Undas.
I'm considering going to Dangwa, but I currently work from home and barely have time to go there and canvass different shops.
May I ask for recommendations on:
- Flower shops in Dangwa that offer affordable prices?
- Around how much are flowers these days, especially with Undas coming up?
- Anyone offering pasabuy or flower-buying errand services? If you've tried one, how much was the service fee?
- If I decide to go there myself after work, which shops or areas should I check out, and what time would be best to go?
Any tips or recommendations would be greatly appreciated! Thank you so much! 🌸

Gym Reccomendation
Hi! 👋 Looking for a beginner-friendly gym around Sampaloc, Manila. I have zero gym experience but I really want to start my fitness journey and get into shape. Medyo nangangapa pa, so hopefully somewhere welcoming and not intimidating for first-timers. 😅
Bonus if they have friendly instructors or coaches who are patient with beginners and can help me learn the proper form and build a workout routine.
Any recommendations? Would appreciate your suggestions! Thank you! 💪

R10/Mel Lopez route tips
Good pm po, newly hired and around intramuros po ung papasukan ko. Galing pa akong bulacan so nagddrive ako via nlex connector. Natry ko na magexit via espana pero ang traffic sa morning nadadagdagan ng 20 mins ung eta from waze. Nagttraffic din po ba sa R10 during weekdays morning (6-7am)? Tysm!
gano ka walkable sa taft (vito cruz to city hall stretch)
nagcacrave ulit ako maglakad ng mahaba and this time plano ko lakarin from vito cruz to rpapa (magkabilang dulo ng manila) via sta cruz bridge-rizal ave (9.3km) pero di ako sure sa challenges sa paglakad sa taft since sobrang bihira lang ako mapadpad dun at madalas ako sa recto at rizal ave avenida areas
aware naman ako sa risks at sa do's and dont's since may several past experiences na din ako sa paglalakad ng mahaba sa mga public roads
notable long walks na nagawa ko na before ng solo:
• Centris to UP Diliman Loop to UP Town - 10.4km
• St Jude to Monumento (via Arlegui-Quiapo-Rizal Ave) - 8.8km
• Morayta to Monumento (via Recto-Rizal Ave) - 6.8km
• LRT1 Dr Santos to Bahay ko - 6.7km
• Kambal Simbahan Bustillos to Blumentritt LRT (via Hidalgo-Quiapo-Sta Cruz) - 5km
