Hope this helps people who are struggling on what public transport they need to use in order to go to their destination.

Are the garbage collectors allowed to open garbage and leave it on the street?

I understand that they want to make extra income by collecting the used plastic bottles and metal in the garbage, but it smells extremely bad, plus they end up leaving some if the garbage on the road. It makes the whole street smell absolutely disgusting. The condo admin i live in has reported this already to the LGU, but It never gets resolved.
