I know how the title sounds but please listen to what I have to say. I don’t know if anyone else has ever dealt with something like this but I’m at a loss. My one year old tortie had 3 kittens in July of this year (yes, she’s fixed now). Two girls and a boy. All 3 of them have been incredible kittens and I’m so so happy with them. Here’s where my dilemma is. The only male in the litter is SUPER attached to me. That’s not the part that bothers me. What bothers me is when he wants to cuddle. He’s absolutely relentless about it. One example is he refused to let me sleep one night because he wanted to cuddle. I let him cuddle with me but he wasn’t satisfied with it. He wanted to nearly suffocate me to death because he wants to be so close to me. Next example is when I’m at my desk and need to do something he crawls across my computer, climbs on my shoulder, cries, gets in my face and he just won’t stop. I’ve tried everything. Putting him down, closing him out of the room (he cries and panics) and nothing I do deters him. I do have my moments where I don’t want to cuddle him. He’s not satisfied with just my lap. He wants to be in my arms or on my chest. I realize that he’s just a baby but he’s never been denied anything in his life and I’m not sure if I created a problem. I’ve been there for him and his sisters since they were born but I’ve had their father since he was born also and he’s never been as clingy as his own son is. What do I do about this when I can’t have him clinging so tightly to or trying to sleep. I spend hours just trying to pacify him. I’m stubborn to a fault and that doesn’t work. What do I do? Picture of said kitten.

I noticed this very recently. Millie does this ear motion only when I pet her on the head during snuggles. She doesn't seem bothered at all, so what might it mean? Is it a natural response to her ears being touched?

I work at a car workshop, and this stray cat that wanders around seems to have given birth among some of our inventory
They're peeing and pooping on new car parts so they definitely can't stay there
I see two paths with their various pros and cons
Path 1:
Put the cats in a box near where I found them and wait for the mom to come take them
Pros: they get back to their mom
Cons: people in my country do NOT like cats and the stray isn't the kind of stray you pet, it's the kind of stray you see but once you get close it runs off and vanishes
They will be stray cats in a country with no love for stray cats
Path 2:
Some workers live at the workshop and like cats and want to take care of them
Pros: they get care and get to live calmer, easier lives
Possible office cats? 🥹
Cons: maybe the mom will be heartbroken? There might also be some mistakes along the way, like someone feeding them regular milk (I read youre not meant to do that? Never owned a cat). Though one of these coworkers owns cats
I know I sound very biased to one of these paths lol, but still, any advice? Suggestions? Secret third paths? Thanks in advance!

Meet Ricky Martin and Bento!
These guys ended up in my backyard, and I was finally able to catch them yesterday and bring them inside. I think they're around 8 weeks. It was important to us to bring them in (even more than usual), because one of them has a deformed paw (ectrodactyly) and certainly wouldn't last long in the wild .
They partied all night in the bathroom, exploring and playing before finally getting some sleep.
I went in this morning to give them their breakfast and try to interact, and they're still very scared (understandable, it's been less than 24 hours). Some hissing took place. One kitten was braver and came out to eat before the other one.
I predict this is going to be a fun, frustrating, and cute journey with them! Hopefully each day they'll trust us more and more and start to interact, but I'm not rushing or pushing anything. (I would like to get them socialized enough to be picked up so that I can bring them to they vet.)

I saw a family of a stray cats yesterday when visiting family near Stratford-upon-Avon. They did look very well fed as strays - maybe someone locally does look after them. But I think they are all living in the wooden storage unit next to van in the photos.
They were very fearful of us, but we came back with some food for them and after we gave them some distance, they came to eat it.
I wanted to take them all home. We are going back out to see if they are still there today. We are not sure what to do for them?
A question of curiosity, can kittens look so different while being from the same litter? We were surprise how varied they looked. I assume they are from the same litter as they look all around the same size/age.

I know it’s very soon but I am already feeling burnt out and exhausted. I researched and knew what I was getting myself into with getting a kitten. But I’ve hardly slept, can’t get anything done, and he is constantly screaming.
We have a 3 year old female cat and have been isolating him in a separate room during the adjustment. They have interacted a few times already with only a few hisses and a clawless swat or two, after which they were separated.
The first 2 days all he did was sleep and cuddle. Now he is rarely sleeping and cannot stand being alone, and even when we are with him he is restless, under stimulated, constantly yelling, and he is LOUD. I played with him hard all night and he still won’t settle down. I am hearing phantom meows even when I can’t hear him. I got pheromone plug ins which helped my older cat a lot but hasn’t helped with him at all. I feel constantly guilty hearing him cry and scratch at the door, and guilty for not having enough energy or time to satisfy him.
I know it’s very much the early days but I hope to god we will be past this soon. Any advice or reassurance would be helpful.

Agatha recently turned 5 months old on the 22nd!! I got her when she was 7 weeks old and I feel I practically birthed her 😭 she doesn’t actively look for cuddles but is always in the same room as someone and needs attention constantly.
she rules this house and my heart, she has been such a great help for my mental health this past months and I am so grateful to have her on my side <3
(first pic is her first day in the house, second to last pic is her halloween costume)

She is Kiki, she was one of my first cats, she was very spoiled but that's how we loved her. I had her since 2022 and she passed away this year on Mother's Day. I made her a makeshift gravestone with a leaf. She used to carry leaves and leave them at my front door; there came a point where I couldn't walk without stepping on one. I really miss her doing that.
