I’ve ruined a UV70P and made it modern as hell.

Gonna have to get at least the tube screamer, and depending on the cost, the prestige.

Hello, i have an ibanez artwood aw-18 acoustic guitar (6 strings) and the saddle is broken. My local repair man (i’m in Senegal) says he can’t make another one with this particular shape. I was wondering if there is any way to order one and where to get it. Thank you

I was seriously considering putting the gotoh 1996t floating trem in my jem jr but someone had this to say after a post with a upgraded jem jr (gotoh 1996t)

If anyone has put this floating trem in their jem jr and had problems and or positive feedback let me know🙌🏻🙌🏻

Some of you of you may remember my post asking about this exact guitar this time last week. The response was unanimous positivity about this model, so now, thanks to Sweetwater being within a day's drive, I am the proud owner of one! I haven't really had much of a chance to put it through its paces as I'm on the clock today but I can already tell it's everything I wanted.

One question though. Is the Edge trem supposed to be leaning slightly forwards instead of flush with the body? I've never set one up before so I have no idea what's normal.

I apologize in advance for the AI-generated image, i’m not a graphic designer, so I don’t really know how to use image editing tools, I just wanted to convey a rough idea of what I was looking for. Naturally, there are details that the AI doesn’t get quite right, but it’s somewhat helpful for establishing a concept. I’m sure Ibanez could have done a better job than just pasting a PNG onto the body of your guitar.

Found this old archive footage in my backups from mid-2017. "Silvera" was one of the tracks that completely blew my mind when Magma came out. That main tapping riff and the solo section are incredibly fun but require some serious precision.

Gear used:
- Ibanez XP300FX
- Kustom 12 Gauge

Let me know what you think of the execution and that old-school raw room tone! If you want to see more, check out the full video on YouTube.

Does anybody know what kind of strings come on an ibanez rg series. Brand wise. I can find the size all day. I normally use slinky orange. The strings that came stock feel completely different from the earnies I normally play.

So I bought this today. It's an Ibanez Radius from 1992. So far so good, except they never made one in this colour.

The story is that it was assembled in America from parts ordered from Japan, and then ended up in Britain.

Personally I think it's more likely that it's a Japan limited run, what do you guys think?

The original pickups were included with the guitar, so I can return to stock (ibz/USA) the toggle switch was added when the pickups were changed

Got it from an old studio frend who had to quit due to his age! Amazing bass guitar with a sound sooo good, i cant really describe it!

Personally I’m pretty excited. Hoping for prestige quality, but doubtful.

Hi,

I want to Start playing as a beginner with 0 experience.

Now I'm looking for a good setup with a guitar that I can keep for a few years. I really like the Design of Ibanez guitars and the RGRT421 has pretty good reviews.

I'm mainly going to practice with Headphones.

Is this a good set?

Any Tips?

Hey folks,

Back in 2008 when I started getting pretty serious about guitar I bought myself an Ibanez PGM301 because my favorite shredder was Paul Gilbert at the time.

About 3 years later I ended up selling it to buy a Jeff Loomis 7 string Schecter. This turned out to be something I'd regret.

I can't help but remember just how amazing that guitar was to play, and how good it sounded. The problem is they are fairly expensive used now and they don't pop up for sale often.

Is there another Ibanez model that is essentially the same guitar, but without it being a PGM model? I know prestige models won't ever be "cheap". Maybe somewhere around $800-1200 would be where I'm comfortable. I also kind of miss having a fixed bridge.

Appreciate any suggestions in advance!

My current Ibanez lineup is: RG170, JEM JR, RG550, RG565, and a JEM7V.

With that being said do yall like the rg6003. I only played it for bout 5 minutes in guitar center. Way better than the strat so far. Love the neck

so i know yo might say im crazy but i want the classic look of a sunburst and a white pickguard.

why i dont buy the az22 that already comes with a pickguard? because its not available in mexico. shipping and taxes will cost me more than the guitar itself.

so is it possible to do it? how hard it is? can i damage the guitar?

thank you

Hey everyone! I decided to tackle the iconic first 1:20 of Paul Gilbert’s "Technical Difficulties". Getting those clean string skips and alternate picking runs up to speed is always a great workout on an Ibanez.

Would love to hear your thoughts on the tone and execution—feedback from fellow shredders is always welcome!

Super disappointed in Dragonball release so I made a mockup "using AI". hope this reach them
