I’ve wanted to get baby bangs for as long as I can remember, easily 5+ years, but I’ve always been so scared of changing my hair because everyone always tells me it’s lovely as it is 😭
I feel like it would suit my style a lot but idk about my face? What do you guys think?

Hi everyone! 💕
I’ve been thinking about going for a much shorter, edgier pixie cut, but I’m struggling to figure out what would actually suit my face shape and hair type.
I already have an undercut on the left side, which I’d love to keep and incorporate into the new hairstyle.
My hair is naturally fine and tends to lie pretty flat, so I’m looking for something that would work with my actual hair texture rather than requiring tons of volume.
I’m drawn to short, textured, slightly messy pixies with a feminine fringe — something chic, a little edgy, but still soft and flattering.
What kind of pixie would you give me⁉️
I’d absolutely love specific haircut suggestions, celebrity references, or Pinterest inspiration pics!
Be honest — I’m open to ideas!

Curly haired people!
I want my hair to have a more voluminous look. The first picture is what my hair currently looks like. The second and third pic is what I want my hair to sort of look like. However, I like to straighten my hair from time to time and I fear if I get layers, they'll look bad with straight hair. Will there be a problem if I get layers even though I straighten my hair from time to time?

I like to do a half up half down style with two pigtails but I have such a hard time getting the horizontal like across the back of my head to not be a disaster. Tips for getting that part when you can't see?

Hey, so i have a question about bleaching hair, and i'd love to hear some honest advice.
My natural hair color is somewhere between medium to light brown, and i've always wanted to go platinum blonde or like silver. However, i'm worried about the longterm effects of bleaching, especially since i'd ideally love to maintain this color for years rather than just try it once. (if i like the color on me)
I know that bleaching inevitably causes some damage, but if i take really good care of my hair, use all the recommended products, is it possible to keep my hair relatively healthy in the long run? Or will it eventually start looking and feeling fried, no matter how carefully i maintain it?
I really don’t want my hair to end up looking damaged, or straw-like just because i want to maintain a lighter color.
I’m willing to invest in good haircare products and regular salon appointments, and i don’t mind putting in the effort to maintain the color. I just want to understand the realistic longterm consequences before committing to something that might permanently compromise the condition of my hair.
I’d really appreciate honest experiences and advice, especially from people who have maintained platinum or silver hair!
My hair right now is not dyed and 100% virgin.
Thank u ♡

I'm really trying to improve my appearance and really want to work on my hair. I've only recently really started caring for it, conditioning and gloss and whatnot, and I feel its gotten noticeably better, but I still don't know what to really do with it. It's curly and very volumous and dense, and can get very frizzy when dry. I feel its hard to shape and control and that's put me off ever trying to do anything with it. I'm also not suffering from any recession or hair loss currently. Have you guys any suggestions for haircuts or routines or anything? I like having length on it, but I just don't know what to do. For context the first image is after i recently started really caring for it. Any Advice at all appreciated! Open to basically anything.

i have no idea what the difference between a balayage and foil is. i was trying to book an appointment and i couldn’t select the service bc i had no clue. i tried looking up the difference online but still clueless. they also have an option for balayage+color so for this look do i select with color too?
i want to use this as my inspo pic and for reference i have full very DARK brown/basically black hair. i want a lived-in look where my hair can still be dark overall like the picture i attached.

I went to the hairdresser requesting layers similar to a wolf cut and ended up leaving with half of the hair I used to have. She thinned it out so much without even asking, and I couldn't see what she was doing to be able to stop her. I'm hoping it won't mess with my curls as well, but my questions are: Does anyone know of any ways to get my hair to thicken up again? And will it cause problems with my curls?
I'm not going back to this hairdresser after this, as this is the second incident of her thinning my hair without asking. I'm most likely going to leave it alone (aside from my bangs) until it fully grows back, but does anyone have any suggestions?
P.S. The first two pictures show what my hair used to look like versus what it looks like now after she thinned it.

How many of you keep up with a specific haircut or length?
I’m about to be 30 and just realized that never in my life have I kept up with a haircut. I’ll typically do a bigger chop, let it grow out until I can’t stand it anymore, then chop it again.
Looking back on photos, there does seem to be a specific length that I think is the most flattering on me and I’m planning on cutting it soon to that. But I feel like I actually would like to keep up with that cut.
How often are you going to the salon? When you go, are you doing a whole wash, cut style? Or do you ever just do a wash a cut?

As the title says. I have naturally curly hair with a lot of frizz. I did the treatment in hopes of it curtailing the frizz and making it so I used less heat on my hair. I did this about a week ago.
The results stink. My hair is flat and greasy and still has frizz. I have to use the same amount of heat on it and my hair looks worse. Is there a safe way I can speed this up to fade out of my hair safely? I saw Google said clarifying shampoos, dawn dish soap, or a baking soda mix. But I’m a bit worried I’m really giving it to my hair in a short amount of time. Please help.

I haven't styled it or put any products in it today, i was going to cover up the gray later. But I'm noticing the ends sticking up. I don't know if it's from the way she cut it (she uses thinning shears? and cuts into it) or the grays or damage doing this.

I asked for long layers and wispy curtain bangs that blended into the rest of my hair. This is what I got. How do I fix this?! I don't want to leave my house im so sad

Oftentimes it becomes triangle hair, usually after a day or so, and I'm not really a big fan of that so I was thinking of getting it layered or maybe even a different hairstyle but I'm hesitant to cut it because I like my curls/waves and it took some time to grow out. Also there isn't really any hair stylist in my town that I could ask for advice so here I am.
The "triangular hair" might not be that noticeable in the video but it gets worse with time.
