How easy is Crowe’s Storm Boltor arm to convert?

I’m looking to convert Castellan Crowe’s bits into my Deathwatch and the Storm Boltor arm really caught my eye due to the belt fed cape and inquisition symbol, but due to how the model is moulded the shoulder and upper arm are connected to the torso, not only that but I’m wondering if the belt fed cape will work on primaris models because of the pose and just overall positioning.

I need advice

I have been putting together my recently bought combat patrol and started to wonder how I should paint the minis, should I put together the minis first and then paint it or paint the individual parts and then glue them together?

Need suggestions for building the army

Hello all, just need a couple of tips on what to do next. I am not going for competitive play, but I have never played so far, so simply looking to understand what works together.

Currently, I have:

1 grandmaster in nemesis armor

1 dreadnought

Garran Crowe

10 purifiers

1 Librarian

Grandmaster Voldus

5 terminators

1 interceptor (kitbashed from an old ultramarines set)

What I am currently building:

9 more interceptors are coming (to be kitbashed)

+

A set of 10 units, that I can turn into Interceptors, Strike Squad, Purgation Squad, or more Purifiers.

What are your suggestions and why? I am still figuring out what units pair well together, and their main purpose/strengths/weaknesses.

Thanks!

Thinking about starting this army!

Hello fellow brothers. I always loved grey knights lore wise, probably one of the coolest factions imo lore wise, I have been a Tyranid player for the last two years and I thought it was time to give a shot to another army, and obviosly Grey Knights was the first one that come to my mind, now the question is:

The combat patrol is a good starting point? Model wise they are all cool af, so for me is a yes without taking into account the meta relevancy, aldo I would love to know any tips about conversions or maybe magnetizacions I should be aware off when getting new models, overall terminators are my fav mini and most likely would be buying some extra of them!

Give me your opinions and insights!

List for a huge battle with Imperial Knights

Hi all!

I'm planning an oversized battle where one of my friends fields all 4000 points of imperial knights he owns into 2000 points of grey knights and 2000 points of custodes.

Only issue is, what the hell do you run into 4000 points of knights? (Which includes two castellans, a lancer, a defender(?) and who knows what else, but I know the total count is about 12-15 models)

My two ideas are obviously warpbane or argent banishers.

So far both lists have 3xGMNDKs, 2x5 interceptors, and 1x5 strikes.

Warpbane has 3x5 purifiers and crowe along with 1x5 terminators led by a librarian with paragon of sanctity

Banishers has 2x5 paladin bricks, one led by a chaplain with Psychic Celerity, the other by a librarian with sixty sixth seal

I am however, very very new, having only played a handful of games against the custodes player in 10th in which I got absolutely slaughtered. So... Help!

(Also if anyone has any tips on running such large armies into each other beyond "don't" they'd be greatly appreciated :) )
