Help Need help please

keep getting disconnected from the compattive matched everything loading fine but when the match is about to start it takes me back to the homescreen and it says "You were disconnected from a competitive match reconnect abandon" when i press reconnect it loads everything then takes me back to the lobby i keep getting banned when i press abandon any way to fix this pls?

Help Crosshair bind doesnt work anymore

So before some update ago, can´t remember if it was the crosshair update or any other but i had this line in my auto cfg

bind 1 "slot1 ; cl_crosshairsize 3"; bind 2 "slot2 ; cl_crosshairsize 3"; bind 3 "slot3 ; cl_crosshairsize 3"; bind c "slot8 ; cl_crosshairsize 1000"

and this was to make the crosshair way bigger when i was throwing nades and made some specific lineups easier and quicker to throw, but just recently noticed it doesn't work anymore.

Does anyone know if they changed something and is there a way to fix or change so it works again?

Can anyone tell me what transport is like from TAURON arena? Particularly after the event as they sometimes go quite late. Will there be long waits for trams/buses or will there be extra transport running due to the event?
