Edit: it stopped working again!!! So this is not a permanent fix

Hey all. Like some of you, I’ve had consistent issues with the app getting stuck when launching on iOS. I’ve tried everything I’ve seen suggested - reinstalling, restarting the phone, offloading the app. Those worked to get me in, but the issue always returned the next time I logged on. No guarantees this will work for you, but here’s what I did that seems to be working…

1. Disable/uninstall the iOS Games app. I suspect this is likely the culprit. It appears to automatically store some of your game login info and I think it’s conflicting somehow when you try to launch the app. I went into the iOS games app in settings and logged out, then deleted it just to be safe
2. Delete and reinstall the GOW app.
3. When it says it’s going to install additional game resources, say “skip”.

Now, I was a bad researcher and didn’t isolate my variables. So can’t say for certain if all of these steps are necessary. But, I’ve opened and closed the app numerous times now and have been able to successfully log back in every time. Hopefully this helps anyone else who is stuck on iOS.
