Just noticed, Geelong play Wednesday night round 1 next year and with Easter weekend falling the following weekend, Geelong will obviously be playing Easter Monday, giving them a 12 day rest between rounds 1 and 2.

To no fault of his own but being played out of position a fair bit too has affected how he plays.

SDK won't be a fixed key defender in the backline anytime soon. Assuming we do what we do well and get Ridley right and even if Ridley struggles. He won't fit in this 23 with Marshall.

SDK is not a next Blicavs and doesn't replace Stewart. (Seen this as a reason to keep him.)
He is not a good ruckman, even as a chop out like Blicvas. He just not up to it and there is no point trying to get him to being one at this point in his career.

While young and under contract. Get some picks and dictate terms on the trade is the best option for all parties.
