Just wondering if there was people from the country

Hey bros! I am a closeted gay young man who is looking for tips on surviving the high school boys locker room.

I've never really had any issues up until now but I am starting a swimming course for PE. The locker room is more open than the regular gym and also has those dreaded communal showers that we are expected to use after getting out of the pool. I just don't know how I'm going to be able to contain myself around all the other guys in the shower.

Plus, I know the guy I have a crush on (he's actually straight) will be in the class. I want to try to be near him but know I can't flirt too much...also should I get new underwear to replace my current tighty whities??

I keep forgetting to post so this is a day late, school is a lot atm.

I’m 18 and living in upstate New York and I swear to god there’s nobody out here that’s gay or willing to come out. I say I’m looking for a boyfriend and I mean what I say, a guy I can be affectionate with and not have some guy send pics I don’t wanna see. I need somebody I can hold and there’s just nobody around me. I’m good with long distance too I just do t have the money or the means to travel until I’m out of college. Ik this is hardly the place to look but I just wanted to rant because it genuinely feels hard to sleep at night without someone to talk to
