Today was probably the last time in my life I will ever see my straight crush again. He’s moving out of state. The day I met him I knew I was in love with him, but I found out he was straight and has a girlfriend. Even he knew I was queer and was super chill about it. I could tell he really cared for me as a friend, I have a lot of mental issues largely due to the fact of how my parents screwed me up and he was always there for me still despite knowing very well I’m messed up. And when it came to my issues with my parents he always was asking about why and how that affects me today. Not in a nosy way, but because he wanted to understand me. I don’t think anyone else in my life has cared for me that much. So no I’m not in denial. He’s straight, he has a girlfriend, and he’s probably gone for good. When I said bye I was close to tears, and I’ll probably be crying myself to bed tonight. I’ll always be grateful to him and I thank God for placing him in my life even for a little while

So ik this has been kind of a debate for a lil but idk I just wish it wasn’t a thing? I get being an ally and stuff but idk I feel likes it’s gross when gay people (men especially) are rlly sexualized and kinda seen like an accessory or a big stereotype :/ my mom is one of those people who rlly liked gay celebs and heated rivalry, mainly just heated rivalry but yeah. I like the show too but it’s not rlly for u I guess…? She wears merch of it in public and just loves it in general and idk I feel like it’s weird especially as a gay male teen myself :/ idk just think it’s kinda gross idk, wish we had some more respect. Ik it hasn’t rlly happened to me all that much and I do like to say stuff like I wanna bf but just anytime a guy is hanging out with a girl it’s either seen as playing the long game or he’s gay so it’s okay and he’s one of the girls. So idk, I did a bad job explaining it but do u get what I mean?

Cuz tell me why my crush a week ago told me to get a tie so that he could put it on, retied it again, taught me how to tie it while the whole time I was blushing and he was smiling (blushing too maybe?) then squeezed my hand TWICE, BUTTT ever since then doesn't really reach out first/is dry.

On top of everything, Im from Lithuania, where people usually take a while to open up, much less get comfortable enough to be in others very close personal space LIKE HE DID.

He still hasn't fully opened up, especially about certain stereotypical girlish things he does/likes, which is fine if youve been bullied (was he? idk), but Im getting close to the point of initiating and giving energy where it looks like I have little to no respect for myself and my time.

Im still meeting up with him and his friends this Halloween, which I am more scared of than excited (90% of his friends are stereotypical straight dudes, aka quite literally opposite of mine🥲✌️) idk how to talk to such guys without being awkward or just silent😭 would appreciate some help tbh🫶

What was yalls first time crush on a straight boy like? Mine felt like love at first sight that was until he became my closest friend and kept giving the definition of I AM GAY signs but still shit with my heart by asking me for girlfriend advice.

Today I found out that my ex lied about ever loving me. My mood is ruined.

Basically-- At the beginning of 2026 I started talking to a girl. (Yes, a girl, I'm bi so the sub's close enough.) We were together for about 4 months then she dumped me at the end of the school year because of her poor mental health that worsened and put her in physical danger. She got some therapy and slowly improved. At the end of summer, after 3 months apart, she tried to get back with me and claimed she missed me. She backed out after a week because of her returning mental health issues.

At the start of the school year she tried to get with me again. Then the next day she ghosted me and started talking to another guy. We didn't talk for weeks and I was upset because, like, what the fuck? Mind you my friend revealed that she messaged him saying she was still wanted me and was just nervous the day before she ghosted me. We gathered this new guy was a rebound. Here on she'd still try to talk to me and I'd ignore her. Two months pass to today. This girl broke up with me 5 months to today. I'm still dealing with the aftermath.

The new guy talked with my friend. My ex is upset because I haven't been speaking with her. For some fucking reason. Basically he said I'm just mad because I wish I was with her. My friend gave him the info about him being a rebound. We were wrong, actually. She always thought I was boring and was just with me for attention. When he presented himself as another option she dropped me for him. And he's got an ego about it because he thinks he's a better guy than me and was telling my own best friend about how right she was and how boring I am to be around.

I know nobody gives a shit about this stupid high school drama. I just wanted to write it somewhere. I just want this year to end, I'm genuinely exhausted from the months I've been upset over people who don't give a fuck about me. At least my feelings for her have been long gone.
