I'm open to freelance work, collaborations, and interesting ideas. Let's build something awesome together! 🚀

I’m looking for a part-time Founder’s Office opportunities where I can contribute to research, strategy, operations, project coordination, and business development. With a background in IO Psychology and experience in consulting, market research, data analysis, and stakeholder coordination, I’m keen to work closely with founders and contribute to building and scaling the business. My expected compensation is ₹15,000 per month, depending on the role and responsibilities.

When I freelanced in 2025, getting a proposal approved often took longer than the work itself. Since then, I’ve spent a lot of time on how freelancers and agencies structure pricing. Here’s the breakdown I wish I’d had:

1. Fixed price: clear scope, work you’ve done before. The risk is scope creep eating your margin, so list what’s not included.
2. Milestones: bigger projects. Tie each payment to a deliverable being approved, not to a date. Deposit up front.
3. Paid discovery: when the client doesn’t know what they need yet. Charge for scoping separately instead of doing it free inside the proposal.
4. Retainer: ongoing work like maintenance, SEO, or content. Define hours or deliverables per month, and what happens to unused time.
5. Hourly: open-ended or unclear scope. Fair, but it caps your income and clients watch the clock.
6. Subscription: productized services. Works when you limit throughput, not scope.
7. Packages: good/better/best tiers. Clients pick a tier instead of negotiating.
8. Value-based: priced against the client’s outcome. Needs trust and real numbers from the client.
9. Per deliverable: logos, pages, videos priced per unit. Simple and easy to upsell.

The biggest shift for me was choosing the pricing model before writing the proposal, because it decides the payment schedule, the scope language, and what you end up chasing later.

What do you mostly use, and has switching models ever made a big difference for you?

Hi everyone,

We're a small team of web app and website developers. We build modern, clean, professional websites with full web app screens.

Budget: Projects start at $300 / ₹30,000

Tech stack: Whatever you need. If you don't have a preference, we'll suggest one after going through your requirements.

How we work:

Regular check-in meetings where we show what's done and where things stand

Phase-based payments. For example, on a 5-phase project, we finish phase 3, review it with you, make any changes, and payment for that phase is due before we start phase 4

Experience: Our developers have 3 to 5 years of experience and 100+ freelance projects behind them.

Communication: Discord for day-to-day chat, Google Meet for calls.

If you have a project in mind, DM us with a few details. 🙂

(Only message if wanting role long term, and want to begin fast)

Hi! We make educational content about the human body, health and the biology behind both, and I am hiring one person to own what we publish and why.

(Ideally UI/UX background, or biology background, or physics background and creative minded, intelligent, very good English)

Scope in numbers so it is clear:

6x Canva Board’s each month (in depth, structured to keep viewers hooked) There is no editing and no filming in this role.

What I am looking for is someone organised who is genuinely curious about how the body works. Sleep, hormones, nutrition, jaw and facial development, recovery. You do not need to know our subject already, but you have to want to learn it properly, because boards made by someone who is not interested look exactly like that.

Deadlines matter and feedback is direct. If you would rather be told clearly and once, this will suit you.

Message me if you’re serious and interested and I will send you the YouTube channel. Using that the trial piece will be creating your board following the standard of the videos.

I am a student currently pursuing my Bachelor's degree in cs. I am seeking a remote side job or online work with a target earning goal of ₹15000

I have a good laptop, excellent high-speed WiFi, and about 3-5 hrs of free time each day.

I’m looking for a performance marketer to run ads for an upcoming workshop.
I’ve had disappointing experiences with marketers in the past, especially with junk leads, so I’d like to start with a test campaign focused on 20 genuine, successful registrations, not just leads.
Budget:
Test campaign: ₹3,000
Post-test: ₹7,000 for managing the complete ad account/campaigns for the workshop
Looking for someone who understands audience targeting, lead quality, and conversion-focused campaigns.
If you have relevant experience, please DM me with your portfolio, past results, and approach to the test campaign.
Please reach out only if you’re confident about delivering quality, not just numbers.

Hi everyone! I'm 17, currently living abroad, and I'll be moving to India for higher education after Class 12. My parents will be supporting me financially, so I'm not in a situation where I urgently need money, but I really want to start earning on my own and become a little more independent. I'm hoping to make at least ₹7,000–₹8,000 a month while studying, and I don't mind putting in the effort to make that happen. A little about me: I'm fluent in English, Malayalam and Tamil, have good communication skills, enjoy writing, and am pretty good at artwork, painting and making clay sculptures. I'm also good at assignments and written work. I'm open to both online and offline opportunities, whether it's tutoring, freelancing, selling handmade products, taking commissions or something I haven't considered yet. I'd prefer something I can manage alongside college without a huge initial investment. For those of you who've been in a similar situation, what did you do to start earning? What are some realistic ways to make this amount as a student, and how did you find your first customers or opportunities? I'd love to hear about your actual experiences, not just ideas that sound good in theory.
