ive been on T for almost 3 months doing 60mg of test c. i haven't had any libido increase like people normally get. i cant get access to blood tests yet as i need to find a new gp and register to one that will do my blood tests, as my current gp straight up refused. is this a sign my T could be low? or is this a common thing

I'm taking trimonthly injections of 500mg and I just now realised it might be the same as taking 41mg per week which is low. I'm short and don't weigh much (159cm, 45kg). I also just got my blood test results and my test levels are just 2.6, and i started at 1.6. It was working really well on the first month and I even lost my period (although my period has always been quite weak and short) until late on the second month but I also haven't had any bottom growth literally AT ALL which I'm only really worried about since people often say that's the first thing they get. I'm mainly just wondering if it's normal to be so low since this was my first injection or if I should start DIYing.
