A while ago, a video was circulating of a cat trapped in a car watching the glass change color dramatically. I don't know if it was a car wash, but I thought I'd mix it with the Third Impact scene from Evangelion. I wasn't entirely convinced by the cat's fur, but if anyone has any feedback on how to make it look fluffy like in the original video, I'd appreciate it. Cheers.

Including the really bad 3d model I made for it

I've seen a lot of very cool interpretations of another photo of this model (eg.), and I thought it was cool, but came across this photo (the original source of the reference) and so decided to try my hand at it!

Anyway, there's a mistake I made here, and I'm wondering if it's super noticeable. My friends said it wasn't, but they are very kind to me.

And if someone guesses something that's not the mistake I'm thinking of, I suppose that would be nice to know as well!

Edit: Thank you everyone for your advice! I've made a revised version.

Spent my spare time during summer learning to paint portraits! The one with red background was my first one back in June. I did 10 in total, likeness was hit and miss but I felt like I learned a lot!

Did them in CSP - everything but the background on one layer without using transform/liquify/lasso to try and emulate something vaguely similar to traditional. Just a round brush with CSP’s color blending mode :)

I drew Gwylan from DOL for my friend's bday :D hope you like it 💚

Stepped out of my comfort zone and painted a portrait of my cat :3

I probably will finish it later in the week.

Intended to be a custom card design but I gave up on that lol.

Trying to paint water was a labor of love. I think I bit off more than I could chew and I definitely see gap between my skill and my aspirations lol. But I'll get there 😁

It's still messy as all hell - just spotted a bunch of crappy layer masks eugh. Ahaha

I decided firing the base shading to nope out of full water scene and went dark at the bottom lol and I don't have the willpower to do the card frame 😆 I hope y'all like.
