Is this what your town is like?
I am just curious. In the city I live there is no longer trash or recycle cans on the downtown streets, at drive-thrus, gas stations etc. They used to be everywhere! This is a problem, as far as I'm concerned. It makes it more difficult for people to take care of their messes. I am not saying it is an excuse, but at the same time it makes no sense to me. I'm not sure why this has happened, but I think it has something to do with maybe people going through trash(dumping them). Is this happening where you live? Where it is difficult to find garbage cans etc in places where it used to be pretty much standard?
