Feeling off balance

5.5 weeks postpartum, is it common to feel unsteady when walking? Also feeling pressure under the scar? Does this feeling go away ? I also have blurry vision due to pre eclampsia, could this also be a contributing factor? My bps are normal now but my ophthalmologist won’t give me glasses because he says I have to wait it out

I felt very unsteady walking after my first C, like i was falling forward. PT helped!!
