any help in identifying this symbol!!

hi all! i found what appears to be some sort of jewelry box near a river where I live in upstate ny. It has a wood engraving and a metal inlay with three circles. I was wondering if anyone here could help me identify the meaning behind the symbol or if it has any relationship with Celtic paganism.

I was wondering if anyone here has worked with or worshipped Dian Cécht (or his kids while we’re at it) and what kind of offerings did you give?
