Mod Post Gaza is Being Starved
The UN has stated that every single part of Gaza is in famine conditions.
For over 20 months, Palestinians in Gaza have been starving. Parents have been feeding their children leaves, animal feed, and flour mixed with water. Babies have died from malnutrition. The trucks carrying food, formula, medicine, and clean water sat just miles away, blocked by Israel.
This is not a food shortage; it is a siege. Even with aid beginning to move, it is not enough; babies are still dying of malnutrition, and hundreds of thousands are living on the edge of starvation. Every crumb that enters is a result of pressure, not policy. This is the moment to organise, to donate, and to refuse silence.
Now, after massive international pressure, some aid is finally getting in.
This is a crack in the blockade, not its end. Aid is not flooding in; it is trickling, and what’s entering can’t possibly reach 1.8 million people without a total lifting of restrictions, guaranteed long-term access, and safe distribution.
What you can do right now:
Donate- if you’re able to. Choose vetted organizations with access on the ground.
Keep up the pressure - aid only started moving because of public outcry. Organize, protest, keep talking. This momentum cannot fade. Contact your representatives to end Israel's blockade of Gaza and impose sanctions on Israel.
Amplify - share updates, Palestinian voices, and testimonies. Keep an eye on Palestine.
This famine is not an accident. It’s the result of siege, blockade, and a system of control. If we look away now, they’ll tighten the noose again.
Donate:
Palestinian Red Crescent — medical aid, ambulance services, and emergency care.
UNICEF for Gaza’s Children — nutrition, clean water, trauma support.

Economics Help me understand: UK Economics
Okay, I need this explained to me in simple terms cause it’s just something I don’t get. What does the British government need to do for businesses to hire more people, create more roles, create more hours and in particular, create a better way of life for everyone? Ultimately, I just don’t understand why, if they’re already in so much ‘debt’ anyway then why can’t they just keep it going? Now, I know it’s stupid but I just don’t get it. Why are they not doing anything but making us pay more bills and making life harder?

💬 Discussion 🗨 Why are people a lot more ignorant these days?
I know I won’t be the last to say or complain about it but why does nobody wear earphones on public transport anymore? What is going on? You can literally buy them for a tenner off of Amazon, it’s getting ridiculous. I have my headphones on and still hear people blaring their tiktoks on the bus with absolutely no care for anyone in the vicinity. It’s getting ridiculous at this point and I can’t understand the point of it

Former British Colonies Anthony Edens Obsessive hate towards Nasser
Regardless of what you think about the suez crisis. Whether Egypt was in the wrong or in the right. Anthony Eden was kinda insane. According to this source. Which itself Sources from a book. Here is what Anthony Nutting heard Eden say about Nasser
(Nutting was foreign minister at the time of the suez crisis)
"What’s all this nonsense about isolating Nasser, or ‘neutralising’ him as you call it? I want him destroyed, can’t you understand? I want him murdered, and if you and the Foreign Office don’t agree, then you’d better come to the cabinet and explain why.”
Eden also Compared Nasser to Mussolini AND HITLER multiple times.
According to the BBC http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/uk_news/politics/5193202.stm
Eden said about Nasser
"There is no doubt in our minds that Nasser, whether he likes it or not, is now effectively in Russian hands, just as Mussolini was in Hitler's."
I do feel the need to add that Nasser was not a communist. He imprisoned communists to try and keep up his dictatorship
He also said.
"It would be as ineffective to show weakness to Nasser now in order to placate him as it was to show weakness to Mussolini."
Again. Regardless of if you supported Britain or Egypt in this situation. These are some HATEFUL comments. In that same BBC article. Its shown Eden had a botched surgery before Suez. Which may have caused these tendencies.

Society This politician in Great Britain called the police and had them arrest a 15 year old for posting this meme and intimating that the politician was gay. This is the foregone conclusion of “hate speech” laws. They ALWAYS broaden their scope to go after petty cases such as this.
