Asking for a friend with their permission. I have a friend that has been on hrt for a few months. He has had an issue several times with getting his full dosage picked up when he gets it. The pharmacy says they can only hand out a controlled substance 1x a month(testosterone). And then says that graves Gilbert has his script wrong so they can only give him a week supply for the whole month and he can’t pick up again for another month.

Then when calling graves Gilbert you can’t even get anyone on the phone. He tried sending messages to provider the first time and calling a bunch. They didn’t fix it. When I called the Dr office a bunch and left a voicemail and then called the pharmacy it’s all fixed and ready to pick up within a few mins.

This has happened 2x and someone messed it up another time but he was able to get it fixed then. His other medications go through just fine except his hrt. So we are thinking it could be Riverside pharmacy or maybe the office people at graves Gilbert? He sees Sarah Shouse so we don’t think it’s his Dr.

Obviously he could just change pharmacies and see what happens but trying to just make it as smooth as possible so his next pick up isn’t stressful again.

I’m sorry, I know I just posted about name changes, but I have another question. I tried calling the Office of the Circuit Court Clerk, but they redirected me to a mental health phone line for some reason…

Do name change forms need to be notarized before being brought in? The form seems like it might imply that, but the website doesn’t say anything at all about it.

I’m a local artist that specializes in live wedding painting and I’m looking to expand my team and add 3-4 artists for guest portraits and weddings and events.

This will be event based paid work. Since this is a new service, the number of events may vary as the service grows but the goal is to have a reliable team I can reach out to as bookings come in.

Artists will typically work from reference photos taken during the event and create small guest portraits throughout the reception. Some portraits may also be completed afterward depending on the event.

I’m looking for artists who:

• Are comfortable creating quick portraits in watercolor or alcohol marker

• Can work efficiently while still producing polished, flattering work

• Are friendly and comfortable interacting with wedding guests

• Are dependable and professional

• Have reliable transportation

• Are available for at least weekends (highly seasonal)

• Are willing to travel to weddings and events throughout the region

Watercolor and alcohol marker artists are both welcome. You do not need to match my personal painting style. I want each artist to bring their own artistic voice while still creating work that feels polished and appropriate for the guest portrait experience.

Travel will be a regular part of the role. Event locations may include areas throughout Kentucky, Tennessee, and surrounding states and travel details and reimbursement would be discussed in advance for each event.

Pay will be per event ranging starting at $400 per event (includes time at event and finishing portraits post-event)

I am nonbinary and hoping to change my middle name soon. However, the form asks for a reason. Does anyone know how acceptable it is to write because I am transgender, especially nonbinary? (First name is feminine and middle name will be masculine, so I worry it may confuse them).
