For as long as I can remember, I've felt a feminine side deep inside me. I've kept these feelings to myself for years, even when I wished I could be more open about who I really am.

Sometimes I imagine what it would feel like to wake up one day, use a name that truly feels like mine, and live openly as the woman I feel I am inside.

I haven't started hormones, and I'm still figuring out my path. But my feelings are real, and I don't need to change my body to know that this part of me matters.

Reading other trans women's stories here makes me feel understood in a way that's hard to explain. It feels good to know I'm not alone.

I hope that one day I can stop hiding, feel at peace with myself, and simply live my life as me. That's all I really want. 🩷🦋

I have seen many leftists and 🚂🦵's talk about not voting as some form of resistance. Some of you have talked about how it's an illusion of free choice. Or perhaps how the current Democratic Party is no better than choosing to not vote.

Let's get one thing straight, voting is at the city, county, state, and federal level. So many arguments on federal politics that so many people look beyond statewide politics or even local jurisdiction. Take ballot measures that affect dunding of your city, taxes, and livelihood. Hell prop 40 in California is one of these that actually does something against wealthy elites.

This shit actually matters and if you think otherwise just say your lazy and don't care. Be apathetic honestly instead of trying to excuse how pathetic you are.

I've been in /tttt/ spaces for years, I remember when it was 4tran + 4trancirclejerk + ttttrans and the board I was on mostly. I've had probably over 10 accounts that kept getting banned and I was a micro celebrity at some point.

I've wanted to keep up with the trans community but I hated mainstream sneedery so I stuck to here. I had a lot of faith in people in these spaces because of their innovative, anti-system, critical thinking and I dreamt about becoming a spokesman for trans rights since I have no social dysphoria and I could live with being out and enjoy fighting transphobia.

Anyway, these subs suck now. I think 4tran4 was slowly heading downhill but countttt being created basically nuked everything. It's just r/MtF (sometimes r/transmasc) but you pretend to be enlightened about social issues and edgy when every post is the exact same. 99% of the users are sneedbians and xefabs and I can't read more than 3 posts in a row without losing faith in humanity.

At this point I give up, these are not the people I wanna associate with and support, they do not reflect any of my ideals or values. I'm still far left because I want people to have food and shelter and I hate racism but I don't want to have anything to do with trans spaces again. r/MtF, r/countttt, same degenerate poly gooncaves. I'm already stealth at work and to most people I interact with daily so I'm just gonna change my documents and mind my own business.
