Manually choosing which updates to install (Windows 11)

Hope it's an appropriate subreddit for this matter - as far as I know, it's possible to use WU show/hide feature in order to manually choose which updates to install (as it's evident from the screenshot, I clearly don't need the majority of them). Has anyone ran into some sort of problem while using this feature (esp. on Lenovo)?

Unless you're using patch management software, it has not been possible to filter updates since Windows 10.

With group policy you can disable driver updates but I would generally recommend taking them.
