Genre:Romance,Slice of life,Drama Chapter : 6 (ongoing)

Yun Seung-ha, a promising country boy and swimming prodigy, meets Choi Seol, a mysterious girl from the city. After meeting by a lake, they grow close and become each other’s emotional support throughout childhood. However, an unexpected separation keeps them apart for years. When they reunite as high school students, everything has changed. Seung-ha no longer wants to be friends with Seol because she was the first to break her promise, but Seol keeps trying to rebuild their friendship.

I find this webtoon really relatable. I think we’ve all had friendships that faded with time. Some people we lose touch with, while others slowly become strangers even though we once meant so much to each other. Sometimes, one person still wants to hold on to the friendship while the other has already moved on. That’s what makes this story feel so real to me.

I loved reading this but the art style of a little confusing 😞

Okay, for real now, the Webtoon app seriously needs an option to hide certain things on the homepage like the drama shorts? who the heck is watching those? i'm not, i'm there to read. I wish I could deactivate them, it's unneeded clutter.

Also, a NSFW filter. I have no problem because i'm a grown woman, but seriously, some of those titles are sketchy.

Also also-- A way to block certain genres. I have no interest in horror yet boom i get pop ups of horror or recommended horror when i'm just trying to read action or reread On the Way to See Mom because Mori is a cutie.

Anyway, the updates have made the homepage on the app cluttered, and we need some sort of option to either edit our own homepage or hide certain things.

Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk.

1.remarried empress

2.forgotten field

similatities:

-main characters

-victim of abuse and SA

-victim of their beauty

-main cause of their suffering are their parents

-hated by almost everyone

-actually innocent from begining.from victim to abuser

-jealous and inferior personality.they target people who they feel inferior with

-stupid,naive and agrresive.they are harsh to people who care for her,but obssses over people who actually don't care about them/enemies

differences:rashta was ridiculed, demonised, while thalia is gloryfied:

-in manhwa, rashta is uglier, while thalia is drawn even more beautiful than she actually is in the novel

-author made rashta comically evil,so we can't sympatise her, while author gave thalia all kind of suffering,so we just can pass her flaws. so author forces us to hate rashta, while in TFF,author begges us to love thalia

and that's why they are so badly written charcaters:forced characters, get plot armor, actually do nothing in story, their complexity isn't written at all.carried by lazy writing.

Genre: Psychology, Romance,Fantasy, Mature

The setting is really good and the pacing is perfect. FL is living in the shadow of her 'perfect' dead sister and there is great importance placed on religion and goddess in this world but FL doesn't want to believe in her or rather she fears her instead and ML is a commoner. Both see the good in each other that other The characters are well written and multi-dimensional. We got some irredeemable tr*sh of father-brother fk-faces in both ML's and FL's family but both leads are damn well smart and capable. Tension between ML-FL couldn't be more perfect than i imagine

Sorry for my bad explanation 🙏

i remember there was this scene of the ML or 2nd ML (i think) where he gets somewhat violent and is about to beat someone up but then he remembers he’s not supposed to resort to violence anymore so he snaps out of it and blames the person who he was abt to beat up for making him get mad and angrily runs off.

Hi everyone. I'm diving back into webtoon and I'd love recommendations. I'm looking for romance webtoons with healthy relationships!!

Both these girls are named Yeonju. Lee Yeonju (1st slide) is from S2 of 44th period survival class and Gang Yeonju (2nd slide) is from Fox Club (also fun fact they're both 1st years in highschool, art style difference is crazy?)

I'm pretty infatuated with both these manhwas and love them enough to remember character names, so I knew in the back of my mind that both these characters are named Yeonju separately, but it never, you know- hit me that they share a name because their personalities are just so vastly different and when I'm reading the name Yeonju in each of the manhwas it's in such seperate contexts that it never crossed my mind.

But since both of these are Tuesday reads for me, today I was reading them consecutively, and while reading fox club I read Gang Yeonju's name and since I've been doing a lot of research on Lee Yeonju (from 44th period survival class) recently (in suspicion of how she might be a monster) my brain finally registered that these characters share a name 😭

Like Ik it's not a mind boggling discovery since this name is probably not unique in Korea but I was surprised how I didn't notice sooner, and I realised it's because both these characters just have such a stark difference in personalities.

Do you know characters who share a name too?

Not my tierlist, just found it off google. I've always wanted to make one but I've read such an insane amount of webtoons, so manually importing images for each would take forever.

Does anyone have a template that contains most webtoons? Doesn't have to include all the super niche webtoons and canvas series, but something that's relatively up to date would be helpful.

A lot of the templates on the site are too old or just don't have the variety I'm looking for.

I tried Google image search but all I got was a pinterest link. I've been told it could be from The Four Of Them, but this panel and that series have drastically different art styles and characters.

Manhwa Titles in the image:

1. Doom Breaker / Reincarnation of the S*icidal Battle God

2. Return of the Disaster Class Hero

3. Survival Story of a Sword King in a Fantasy World

4. Reformation of the Deadbeat Noble

5. Hero Has Returned

6. Chronicles of the Demon Faction

7. Rooftop Swordmaster

8. Escort Warrior

9. Overgeared

FINALLY, WE HAVE AN UPDATE ON SOLO LEVELING: RAGNAROK!

Following artist JIN's departure for South Korea's mandatory military service, we've finally got news about the artist taking over Season 3!

Artist Sanjimseung, who previously worked on <ICE LORD>, will be taking over the artwork for the next season!

Now all that's left is the big question… WHEN IS SEASON 3 COMING BACK?!

My artstyle improved with me not being pushed by a norrow deadline , but now I take 50 to 70 hours per chapter (ToT)

Webtoon: do you like the rain ?

These days i am really into messy , angst , betrayal , dark romance with soo much drama

As far my favourites soo far

1. As you wish sister

2. Unofficial campus couple

3. Remarried empress

4. Kill the villainese

Please recommend me something like make your blood boil , raise your blood pressure , you want to through a punch at characters , soo much angst and drama

When ever I reread this manhwa i stumble upon this panels i find it so funny, sweet and hilarious.

I’m so tired of regressions and the persons entire personality changing, I want a manhwa/manhua where the male lead actually falls in love with a competent villain female lead. Can anyone recommend something for me to read.

I dont remember much about it. It released one page a day like traditional format not scroll. It was in full color, not a particularly unique style and I think it was around college aged. I remember there was a guy with blond hair and glasses and there might have been a blue haired guy. It was semi mature with talks of sexual intimacy. I know the creator had their own website. This is very fuzzy so dont take it to heart but the title of the comic might have been 3 words. And the website would have been "___comic.com" with 3 initials and the word comic. But again dont quote me on that.

If anyone knows wtf im talking about pls help me out, it just came back to me in a flash last night but for the life of me I cant remember the name. I read it around 2023-24 but when i started it had 300+ pages released by then im pretty sure

Edit: Found! It was Eyes On Me by loonytwin. Thanks guys :)

Am I the only one noticing this?😭 the storylines are so similar

• the second female lead being engaged to the ml

• the fl having a childhood sweetheart, later being separated bcs of the ml

• the male lead being obsessed, and absolutely can't let her go

• the ml relating the canary and the fl and wishing to cage her

• even both the male lead's look alike😭

Is this the closest we're getting to an adaptation???😭

(The ml in the drama is a bit better tho, in terms of being less toxic, no one can beat matthias in terms of toxicity)

Lol recently finally updated the app and today noticed this feature, ai translation to different languages, on a canvas webtoon. After a short search turns out it's this https://www.cbr.com/webtoon-new-platform-ai-translation-creator-money-change , but it's been half a year since article came out though and yeah I haven't updated the app in a whiiiile. So I'm just curious how long by now this feature has been out for ?

So since zero finally finished i was curious about a few things, i dropped it years ago, i dont intend to read it right now, i might later but not rn, can someone please tell me if clove shifted? if yes which episode?

Okay so I’m thinking about starting my own webtoons this is something I’ve been working on for a while but find myself rewriting or restarting multiple times, I’ve never started a webtoons because I’m not much of an artist I’m more of a story writer if anyone has any advice on this before I start or maybe would like to be apart of this with me I think we could make something great thanks in advance
