Where to buy a good bass viol?

Hello!

I am interested in buying a 7 string bass viol. I'd like something that'll last my whole life, not just a student instrument that I'll need to eventually upgrade. I saw EMS has some Lu-Mi viols. Are they any good? Would you recommend I go elsewhere?
