I let him outside to go potty and sadly the local squirrels had grown a little too confident around him; one squirrel didnt start his escape quick enough. Unfortunately, the squirrel did pass away shortly after I finally separated them. The cause of death was likely due to shock after having sustained a broken leg. I buried Mr Squirrel under an oak tree, and now we live with a murderer. But at least he's a cute potato seal 🦭
