had some white tea today and it had a fairly huge stem so I was wondering if you guys took them off or just steeped as is.
xiaopang seems happy today, I like to think my teapets have favorite tea types like I do.
you can see the difference between the wash steep and the 4th and 5th(?)steep how beautiful that color turns after the leaves open up.
I was trying to take a photo of the trichomes but It really doesn’t do it justice, there’s so much that it’s almost blurry.
also also
what do you think about white tea?

Nabudol nanaman ako kay Leaf & Bloom Tea Co.
This is my first Yixing tea pot and I will dedicate it to oolongs. Or should I limit it to a particular oolong? But that would mean I should have more purple clay tea pots! Might not be a bad idea, right? Right?
At dahil pwedeng bumili ng tingi, I also got 6 ripe pu’er in chenpi to finally try it. Will use a my gaiwan for this. Abangan ang future post about it.
Thanks, u/Typical-Tadpole-8367 , for fueling my tsaa obsession. Salamat din sa sampler.

Hii has anyone tried to order here before? I've been interested in TCM lately so I'm looking up shops online. Specifically, the ones I wanna try are jujube, hawthorn, goji berries, and tangerine peel.
Thanks!

Love this section at Buffet 101, kaso di ako marunong mag tantya ng dami ng rock sugar, hehehehe. Is rock sugar healthier than honey or regular sugar?

When the morning coffee doesn't hit, I follow up with leaf and flower juice. Today it's this Jasmine Piao Xue from the Workday Chinese Tea Collection of ITeaWorld.
Bright, clean green tea taste, and very floral -- with actual jasmine bud!
Yeah it comes in a tea bag for convenient brewing but it's plant-based corn fiber. No worries about microplastic eme eme. The large pyramid-shaped bag ensures the tea has room to expand and infuse. Can do 2-3 refills this one.
Full disclosure, pinadalan ako ni iTeaworld ng tsaa. Will post here ano pa kasama sa set.
Thanks, u/iteaworld!

Hi!
My dad is looking for some loose leaf tea. He had some in Taiwan and liked Chagee's jasmine tea. He's been looking for some for weeks now. He didn't like that we bought him Twinnings hehe.
Chagee's tea bags are a bit too expensive for us (like 600 for 8 bags?). I'm taking it back to the province for him so I also need enough for more than a few drinks. I'm now looking for alternatives. I was thinking of checking Binondo, but any suggestions are welcome!

I’ve been getting interested in oolong tea lately because I keep seeing it mentioned for digestion and gut health. I’m thinking of adding it to my daily routine but there are so many varieties that I’m not sure which one to try first. I’d love to find a good quality oolong with real, whole tea leaves rather than the dusty, low quality stuff you sometimes get in tea bags. Something fresh, pure and with a nice taste would be ideal.
I came across Pipi Tea’s honey scented oolong and the honey aroma sounds really good to me because I love anything sweet so I feel like that might be a good place to start. I’m just not sure what to look for when choosing a quality tea or whether there are others worth checking out. I’d love to hear your experiences and suggestions!

Duck shit Dancong is becoming my most reliable after work tea go to, with it's crisp, buttery, and incredibly clean profile. It's mellow enough on caffeine that it actually never ruins my sleep, Fragrance just kicks the fatigue away, the thin and light liquor is just perfect to wash away all the negativity i suffered throughout the day. It's either this or some raw aged Pu-erh and maybe some White Peony when i don't feel good. What do you guys drink after work?
