Tried to make Totoro this year! I think it turned out pretty good :)

My toddler is obsessed with Totoro this fall, so of course I carved him a Totoro pumpkin!

I had this paci clip for my daughter and I LOVED it. It was our favorite I have search and searched for it and I cannot find it. All I need is the focal bead (silicone) and I can get it remade. Help a gal out for our second babe!

The bear even has an umbrella, looks huggable but also kinda intimidating. Unsure on what to do, I just wanna go home

Thankfully I got to be in London at the same time as this and many other shows/musicals

A gift that was bought for me and purchased (from ebay) but from Japan. I love this item for my collection!

Does anybody have an mp3 download of the English dub file for Totoro, either version? My three year old is obsessed and keeps asking for the “story” on his yoto, not just the music. Figured I would ask before I get the DVD and make it myself. Thank you in advance!

Hello!

I recreated the famous rainy scene from My Neighbor Totoro entirely from scratch. I've always loved Studio Ghibli's films, so I decided to bring this iconic moment to life, with Totoro waiting for the bus under his little umbrella. Since I'm from São Paulo, Brazil, I also took the liberty of replacing the original bus stop with the city's iconic bus stop design.

The diorama features a working street lamp with real LED lighting, as well as a few tiny Totoros dressed as Christmas decorations.

The entire piece was handmade from start to finish, with no 3D printing involved. Every detail was sculpted and painted by hand.

I also recorded a tutorial showing the entire creation process in a relaxing, almost ASMR style. I'll leave the link in the comments for anyone who's interested.

If you'd like to know more about my work or have any questions about how I built it, feel free to ask. I hope you like it!

My toddler ♥️s Totoro. I got these nesting dolls and after playing for a bit she stated she needed a mei and satsuki to go along with them. I was able to find mei figures or “dolls” like the ones pictured. But I’m struggling to find anything similar with satsuki. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

My partner’s niece also loves Totoro and made this little guy for me for Christmas. I’m in love with the tail!!
