Im so embarrassed to work at T-Mobile now :( The past ten years I’ve been proud to work here all the way up to a few years ago I felt like I was helping people when they came into my store. I really thought we were something different, the uncarrier. Now we just copied all the worst parts of the other carriers smh (got rid of tax inclusive, got rid of 24 month eip, sold tons of care jobs to oversee reps, training ai replacements T-LIFE (alone isn’t bad but the way it was forced onto every employee and customer was) and now this embarrassingly stupid and difficult T mix plan smh. Everyday coming into work feels like a punch in the gut but for me no where pays the same. It’s easy for me to sell what I believe in… now I feel horrible selling anything to anyone and sad walking into work every day. As I said tho going anywhere else I’ll take a 50 percent pay cut so do I just keep being miserable? Idk man.

I have received this 6 times in the past 3 hours. I swipe it away. It comes back. I look at notification settings, there is no way to remove it. I uninstall T life, and it keeps coming back. Wtf????

I spoke with one gal last night - I was persuaded to add two lines two months ago as part of their Buy 2 get 1 free promo. Well, I never got the upgraded device they sent, because it would've required me to wait outside my gate all day for UPS to arrive (no signature release available). Anyways, I was still getting billed for extra data lines that weren't even on my account. Last night's rep spent 90 minutes on the phone, even though I asked for a supervisor 5 times. I also needed to remove an unused tablet line from my account, and she insisted I not remove it, otherwise I'm ineligible for promotions for the next 90 days. She also told me there's no more tax inclusive tablet plans.

Fast forward to this morning - the rep I spoke with gave me 6 months of free service on the tablet line I wanted to cancel, changed 3 tablet lines to tax inclusive (two were already tax inclusive), and of her own volition, offered the Business Select Savings plan, which is $50/mo with autopay, but essentially the same features as CoreMobile. So I'm pretty happy.

As for the service - absolutely no complaints using it in rural Texas, and T-Mobile is far better than Mint or any other T-Mobile MVNO when it comes to roaming.

So for about a week now, I’ve been getting this pop-up on my iPhone. I did call Apple they all security checks. They said this phone is tight and there are no security breaches at all, they did say it was a carrier issue and I should give the carrier a call and I have to change the phone number.

I did call T-Mobile they did say the same thing, we did a network reset and your number is used only on this device.

After that, a friend of mine sent me a message he got a reply that I did not send, which was “who is this I got this iPhone from a phone shop in Pakistan” which was weird.

Any advice ?

I am currently on the Experience Signature plan and own four lines on the plan. I am planning on upgrading the devices on two of the plans. I want to upgrade a Samsung Galaxy S21 to a Samsung Galaxy S26, and I am also planning on upgrading a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra to a Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra. Would it be more financially beneficial to change to a different plan before the hardware upgrades, or should I stay on the Experience Signature plan?

Forcibly moved from Magenta Max 55+ a while back, over to Experience More 55+, still tax free.

Plan details for Experience More 55+ clearly show that it still includes Scam Shield Premium, which is useful to force alien Caller ID, and sometimes to reverse ID an unknown number.

Suddenly, I have the Basic version. The CSR yesterday evening started quoting things about irrelevant warnings I received about plan changes and increases in prices, and she said she did not have the capability to restore Scam Shield Premium.

Just another failure of both planning and customer service.

I'm going to try again today, but I just do not understand this organised lack of care.

So my mom is practically forcing me into getting a new phone, and she’s saying we’re doing trade in to save money, but I can’t back up everything I want to my iCloud. Will they let me do a phone-to-phone transfer in store with no extra charge? Because I don’t want to lose my stuff, and I have no other option besides just giving up all my precious stuff and saving to the iCloud the very minuscule amount of what I can save. And my mom’s no help, she’s acting clueless so I really need an answer fast. Please just give me a straight answer, I’m already irritated enough as is.

Just noticed on the coverage map in Northern Wisconsin that a lot of the partner LTE roaming coverage that disappeared is back. I believe most of it disappeared earlier this year and was replaced with T-Satellite coverage. Anyone know if they have a new roaming agreement with AT&T?

I was reviewing my last couple commission check as a senior mobile expert and since at least January of this year the complete point section for individuals has been listed as n/a. All the rep in my store have this as well. Especially when my store transitioned to experience store there were like 3 changes in comp so I am so confused on this. Is it normal because I was under the impression it was individual and team based

So for at least, to my knowledge, three weeks T-Mobile's T-Life app has had an over for their Tuesday perks; a free 20oz. drink with a purchase of a My Haunt Box at Pizza hut. Each week I tried to redeem this perk and Pizza hut's app has said the same thing: "The promo code used is not honored at this location"

Now today they have the same offer plus a new one, a free personal Pan pizza with a purchase of a drink. Same result, promo not offered. I tried this offer in the app while changing around 10 locations and they all say the same. I even tried random Pizza huts in LA and San Diego to see if it was County related, and they say the same, Not Honored.

Anyone else have an issue with this perk offer?

I ordered an iPhone Air (Gold 256GB) on Oct 10th and the status has been stuck on "Backordered" for days with no updates.
Currently without a working phone and already bought all the accessories for it. Any advice on the best way to handle this or get an update on shipment? Thanks!

Prepaid: I recently found out that my AutoPay suddenly was deleted & my # deactivated after it failed to go through due to a just expired CC - all in the span of 1~3 days from the normal Autopay date! (this is despite being a longtime, loyal, T-Mobile customer for > 10 years)

I was also shocked to find that the system bizarrely just doesn’t email or text you to let you know ahead of time that your stored payment method will expire soon! (despite it happily texting & emailing you about every other possible thing).

Considering how important cell phone #s have (unfortunately) become in all aspects of life & MFA “identity” verification, it seems prudent to ensure one never has a lapse in service. One would think it would only benefit T-Mobile Prepaid (& the customer) to have a system in-place to let customers know their payment method will expire soon or allow one to have a backup Autopay payment method on file or even a bank account, but AFAICT none if this is possible, despite almost every other business I deal with usually supporting this.

What is the most efficient way to dealt with this? Does one really have to resort to manually setting up a reminder in one’s phone to update the CC in file based on the CC expiration date??

PS: I know one can put an extra balance on one’s account but I have read posts here stating that “unused” balances now eventually expire after 90-days so that seems like a “no-go” if one say wanted to put 1-months worth of credits on the account as a buffer for when the CC eventually expires after a few years.

I’m so fed up with T-Mobile ! I’m trying to switch providers. I paid off my iPhone and since i have a balance they’re saying that they are locking the phone and phone number . The provider I’m switching to is “paying “ off the reminder if the phone balance on my other 2 phones . Can they do that? I mean I paid for that phone.

I ask this as someone currently on Experience Beyond. I do not have any plans to switch anytime soon, but i remember seeing my original Magenta Plan (I was a tier down from the top premium plan) loose its appeal and upgrade value benefit as the newer plans took over. So I am curious if the same will happen to Experience Beyond, and what the benefits of the 2.0 plans are?

I took advantage of the free iPad offer with new tablet line today and just got a text saying I was enrolled in Service Promo with New Line (ID250374).

This is separate from the monthly credits for the cost of the iPad. I can't find information about this promo anywhere. I'm on the Tablet Unlimited Plus 2.0 plan, and I ordered through Costco.com to avoid the connection fee.

Any ideas on what this promo is?

It sounds like I can port a number to T Mobile on an Experience More plan and my new phone is $830 off with no trade in? Sounds too good to be true? What is the catch?

This is 2 or 3 Tuesdays in a row I log on and there’s no code for the Shell Fuel rewards thing. There’s no link to sign up or “save to your stuff” or anything. There’s a current challenge between 10/20 - 11/24 and still doesn’t let you sign up. What am I missing? It’s not on Expired Offers. When I go to Benefits and “enroll now” for MLB, Hulu+, International BS etc it’s right there under Shell. I click on it and sends me back to the screenshot with no sign up option or code
