Italian or French bakeries
Are there any Italian bakeries with hot tables in Timmins, or French bakeries with great bread? Or even bakeries with great bread in general? Thanks

Where's a good spot for breakfast in Timmins these days?
Looking for a decent sit-down breakfast place, nothing fancy, just good eggs and coffee. Where do people usually go? Bonus points if it's open early on weekends.

Untrained Staff at Timmins Airport
Very disappointing experience with Air Canada staff at Timmins Airport I had an extremely disappointing experience with Air Canada staff at Timmins Airport on October 21, 2026. I was travelling on an international itinerary booked through Emirates, with the first leg from Timmins to Toronto operated by Air Canada, followed by Emirates flights from Toronto to Dubai and Dubai to Delhi. The passenger's passport had a blank surname field. Before booking, Emirates had provided instructions for entering the passenger's name, and the ticket was issued accordingly. However, at Timmins Airport, a staff member named Garb refused to issue boarding passes for the complete journey, insisting that the name format was incorrect. I tried to explain the situation and even contacted Emirates customer service so their representative could clarify the booking directly with the Air Canada staff. Unfortunately, I found Garb's response dismissive and unprofessional. I then approached two other staff members, Sharon Scero and Sharon, hoping they would help resolve the situation. Instead, I felt that my concerns were dismissed again, and my attempts to escalate the issue to someone more senior were unsuccessful. After contacting Air Canada customer service myself, I was told by multiple representatives that the booking appeared acceptable and that the situation should not have been handled this way. Eventually, the passenger was allowed to board the flight to Toronto, but was issued only the boarding pass and baggage tag for that segment. The remaining arrangements had to be resolved in Toronto, creating unnecessary stress and leaving only a few minutes to spare before boarding the Emirates flight to Dubai. Thankfully, the Emirates staff were helpful and professional. Without their assistance, the outcome could have been much worse. My biggest concern is that not every traveller knows how to navigate complicated airline booking and documentation issues. Imagine an elderly passenger or someone with limited English facing the same situation, potentially losing an international flight and thousands of dollars because they could not resolve the issue in time. I hope Air Canada investigates this incident, clarifies its procedures for passengers whose passports have no surname, and provides appropriate training to staff at Timmins Airport. Regardless of who is right about a booking issue, passengers deserve to be treated with patience, respect and professionalism. I have used Air Canada for travel within Canada, but this experience has seriously damaged my confidence in the service at this airport. Better training, clearer procedures and more respectful customer service are urgently needed.

Haunted Lucies Tunnel somewhere near high falls
There's this strange Mysterious tunnel Located In Timmins ontario near high falls with a steep Trail this tunnel goes Very far dont know where but I been told this tunnel is 98 miles. Known for sacrifices experiences Satanic rituals and murder Stories that were still unclaimed. This place is very hard to find as its in a Sketchy wooded area Very deep into the Brush. I been their and heard voices, loud thumps. Creature sounds almost. Hissing and Strange Wihistling have also heard Screaming from somewhere in their. No possibility that someone is messing with u as this place is very very extreamly hard to find Even on Google maps. How I came across this was Checking out random Trails that connect to high falls And And Going down random paths. This place is one far most but beyond the scariest places ive ever came across the further u go in the tunnel the hard it is to breath Anout 20 miles in u usually Loosd service.
