So I finally made this thing I'd been sitting on for years. It's been in my head for at least a decade - ever since I first saw all historical markers available as a CSV file from the Texas Historical Commission.
I finally caved and just vibe-coded it last night. I'm relatively happy with how it turned out. (Open to any refinements or suggestions)

You can enter a starting point and ending point and then list the historical markers along your route. It can also generate a printable list with relative locations so if you're a passenger you can keep tabs on which markers on the route are coming up, which you've passed, etc.

I have family that lives along El Camino de los Tejas in East Texas, so I added historical routes too, should you decide you want to drive an old route like that.

Hope someone enjoys it and browsing markers and roadside spots like me.
