I have been using sugaroo and Css buy for proxy Taobao but each have annoying problem.

Sugaroo categorize normal ass books as liquid and perfume, despite I ask them why, they refuse to tell me. Meanwhile CSSBuy has been awfully negligence with their customer service.

CSSBuy also doesn't declare the items for me unlike Sugaroo, and somehow even with me declaring the items, they still unable to write in the invoice correctly.

I wonder if there is any service that let:

1) Let the company declare custom for me (like Sugaroo)

2) Able to ship liquid in small amount (say ink tube or cosmetic like CSSBuy) without going haywire.

3) Great to have: Offer low service fee when charge up, I admittedly really like Sugaroo accept Alipay without any extra fee (as long under 200 rmb charge up)

And also, if I paid one, will I have to pay some money again later when my parcel arrives? Or am I good to go because I saw some posts about paying clearance fee, customs fee, etc. Will I have to pay more or just once?

hello, i am new to this preorder system on taobao. the last time i tried to preorder, the store told me that the order didn't go through so i got a refund. this is a different store and i placed quite a big order. i read through a little bit more about preorders here and on some of the reviews of different preorder stores and now i'm scared about the risks. i do not know how to check if a store is reliable or not because most of the reviews seem to be automated/people waiting for the second payment notification. i am worried about the post-sales period being too long and then not receiving my items and not beiny able to get a refund. the seller told me they can take up to 6 months until they ask me for a second payment. can anyone help me check if this store is reliable? thank you.

Hi, I want to purchase a custom plastic board that is pretty large in size in specific dimensions. The seller has customize option but it’s my first time doing custom stuff.

How does it work? Do I message the seller first? And for the price part how does that usually work when checking out? I use the english version of the app because I live in Canada and will do the direct air/sea shipping. Can I message/chat the seller in English or do I need to translate my message in Chinese first? I selected direct shipping and this is my first time encountering an option like this. It says it’s ready for pick up/ready to have someone else pick up for me. But I used direct ship and the other items in my order have already arrived at the warehouse.

But if I go into the details pages it seems like this item is also at the warehouse already?? Now I’m kind of worried if it at the warehouse or do I need to get someone to pick it up😩😩

Guys, It’s my first time ordering from Taobao, and my order is taking quite a while to arrive, so I’m considering cancelling it.
I paid $12+, but when I tried to cancel, the estimated refund was only $10. I understand shipping fees might be involved, but I’m a bit confused about how Taobao refunds work.

So by using my home address in Singapore, i am not able to add the item into cart at all. Items are simagic sim racing items (bulky).

But after i gotten a warehouse address in china and changing it to be delivered there, i am of cause able to add into cart.

So right after adding the item(s) into my cart, I can now ship into Singapore address after I change it. So meaning to say I am now clear to go and order since i am able to make payment?
