Beginner here: I feel like it creates a lot of connection but might be uncomfortable for some, especially strangers at a milonga, because it is also somehow very intimate. What do you think?

Milonga gets challenging for a lot of people when it is fast or irregular. I don't see a lot of teachers using challenging songs for their demo or as the class music. Has anyone noticed this? Would it be ok to ask teachers ahead of the lessons to use difficult tracks for intermediate level lessons?
