Anybody only been to Taco Bell like 3 times since they removed this beautiful item, (I used to eat there like sometimes even twice a week)if they increased the price to like 4.50$ id understand.. but no they just HAD to remove them. Like fuck that new dips is also it’s like 99% beans, I don’t wanna pay 7$ for the same thing in a different container either 😭

Before I would just get that my fire tier reward if I had one, and the 5$ box and that was 2 fat ass meals, now I pay 14$ for a box and 2 of the items are hard shell tacos and they want a dollar to select chips and cheese..

Ever since they changed the app design my last cravings section has never worked. At first I thought it was a glitch with the app or with iOS or something, but my partner doesn’t have this issue with and nothing seems to be different. It sucks because I always forget to ask for sauce

Didn’t get the Tuesday drop for 8 th straight week? Meee! Is it even possible on the new app?

I searched for like 5 minutes. No sauce packets, only cups of the on meal sauces like creamy jalapeno etc. I’m absolutely baffled.

They also gave me a tiny bit of chipotle sauce on my spice potato taco

You are absolute champions and I love you, its a small thing but seeing a worker just wave the hand and give me a free lemonade made me go "hell yeah" so thank you to whoever does that.

They didnt even answer me at the drive through at all so had to go inside. I still think the regular Luxe boxes are a good deal at $5 but nachos bellgrande still seems a little steep at $7.39 especially compared to the boxes and celebrity meals. Still crazy to me a Mexican pizza is $6.39 but can get Dojas, a Mexican pizza and spicy potato taco for $4. At least lower the price of the Mexican pizza then. Tried the new Pretty Pink Baja blast and it's pretty good, tried the midnight baja also and that one's good.

I just HATE how combos are cheaper than the individual items often. Lower the price of the individual items. One chalupa is $6.79. The supreme luxe box is $7 and gives you a burrito, taco, cinnamon twists and a drink for 20 cents more. Plus the chalupa combo is $13.99 and you get 2 chalupas, taco and drink.

But if you order 2 supreme boxes you get 2 burritos, an extra taco, 2 cinnamon twists, and an extra drink more than the combo for 1 penny. That makes absolutely no sense at all, TON more food and an extra drink for one cent. Balance out the price differences!!! This particular order is the one that pisses me off the most. Rant over

I’m a little sad the beefy 5 layer burrito is no longer a classic option but the box is still the best deal in the game, always my go to when I need a quick lunch. Here’s what I usually get.

Main - Beefy 5 Layer Burrito
Classic - Bean Burrito
Side - Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes
Drink - Baja Zero

I usually order by app and pick up, but ever since the overhaul the app has been glitchier than ever. The bigger glitches include:

- not being able to see all menu items, especially the discovery boxes (but being able to order individual items from those boxes)

- not being able to order 2 different deluxe boxes on the same order

This time I switched between pressing “my rewards” and “Tuesday drops” but it still said get notified. In the old app I was able to get drops almost every time.

What exactly are y’all doing? Do you close the app completely and open it at the exact time? I’ve got an iphone (not android).

This is the second time I have missed out on the Tuesday Drop because the app refuses to change from, “Get Notified,” to “Claim Reward.” I have to repeatedly close and reopen the app only to see, “Get Notified,” for the umpteenth time. How am I supposed to get a fair shake when the button doesn’t even show up until all the coupons have been claimed?

This never used to happen until they changed the app. I never missed a Tuesday Drop. It’s a permanent fixture in my weekly food budget. That is not a joke. I have amazing internet, yet I am destined to miss out on the Tuesday Drop for the foreseeable future because their stupid app is too slow to the draw even though I am always there Tuesday at 2pm Pacific on the dot.

I’m going back to Rosa’s taco Tuesdays. At least there I have a fighting chance to get a deal instead of my hands being forced behind my back while fighting an app designed by someone who specializes in FM.

Before there was a time limit, we would get them. Since this 2/4pm drop time, haven’t gotten one. Oddly my app always says “get notified” after the time has expired. My internet must be slow but I think it’s crazy that 10k people can claim them all in literally seconds. Just checking to see if anyone is actually able to claim these awesome deals. Have to thank TB for doing this honestly.

I got the drop but no reward...

First Tuesday drop I’ve managed to get since the app update (and will probably be the last one I’ll get 🤣😮‍💨)

Just restart the app it takes a few min to show up

after weeks of nothing and getting that stupid uh oh, I was able to get the $1 reward! I was beginning to think it wasn't real, lol

I’m on the app before 2pm PST and I like refresh on the app by switching from “Rewards” page to “menu” page but that hasn’t worked for me for past 3 weeks. What is the strategy? Do you login in on app exactly at 2? Does my refresh strategy not work?

I clicked it and it said congrats took me to rewards tab and….. nothing there.
