Like it’s so good I’m having it all week.

My boyfriend’s birthday cake request this year was a pumpkin pecan pie. I do love to bake (both kinds lolz) but I had never made a pie before. That was stressful in itself but we smoked so much I probably read each step 50 times while doing it 😭

This pie is also great if you’re a person like me who hates deciding between pumpkin and pecan pie (I always pick one and then regret not choosing the other) because you get the perfect amount of each flavor in every bite, with a giant dollop or 3 of cool whip, 5/5 stars (if I’m allowed to rate myself)

Over the summer I got the Tillamook peaches & cream ice cream on a whim, and I’ve been obsessed ever since. I thought the nerds would pair well with the peaches. Of course, added glitter and put it in a fancy flower glass, because why not?

I bake my ground beef in a sheet at 200c (400f) for 10-15 minutes. Gets it all browned while I prep the other ingredients. I then pull it apart with two forks. Also easy to drain (which I don't do).

3 weeks ago I added a similar scene that had a brownie stuffed inside. However, I forgot the money shot middle section. Enjoy.

Its getting cold here in the pnw so tonights dinner is homemade chicken noodle soup.

It may not sound like much, but it is...and isn't. Easy to make. Canned canellini beans, oregano, rosemary, garlic, pepper, and salt; olive oil and low fat Greek yogurt. Topped with grated parmesan Romano cheese, cherub tomatoes, burpless cucumbers. Toast is protein bread from Aldi. Baby organic carrots.
