Speedrunning coach

Is there a website that has some sort of "coaching" list? Im trying to learn some tricks in OOT and I cant quite get the buttons down for some of the glitches. Any help would be appreciated.

https://www.stratdb.app/home specifically has many video tutorials for OOT on it as a video reference, otherwise you could always join a community Discord and probably ask your questions and ask for advice that way.

Each community has their own way of doing things

What are you trying to learn? Just glitches for fun, or for rando or a full speedrun route or bingo? Also what part is giving you trouble?

Ive been streaming OOT Rando and would like just stuff to help with mobility. Bomb slide, how to use ISG, bomb hover, stuff like that

ISG is a frame perfect trick, its just so common that everyone knows the timing well. The way it works is by interrupting the crouch stab animation with an action button input (like read or grab). Just go practice on a sign that can't be destroyed (not the rectangular wooden kind) until you get the timing down, you want to press A around when Link starts retracting his sword from the crouch stab. Once you get consistent doing it on a sign, try to practice doing it with a bomb before it explodes.

The other things you asked about are a bit more involved, I'll link a couple vids that are good beginner basics.
