Quantum reactor
Can't get it to work (Precursor compounds)

my idea here actually was to make alternating swap (C then Omega) with the red line using the sensor, and then with the blue line assemble as shown (or just split into C and Omega). That is why I need the swap to alternate accurately (sensor is on the left side), here it just dumps it out, haven't gotten to make the blue line yet. But I just can't get it to work, this was my best attempt because it handles 2 of the inputs (bottom and mittle) but fails on the top one, I also had this:

- but this doesn't work for the middle input (not sure about the top one) - and a few similar ones
EDIT: omg it works:

it's slow though, I am not happy xd, spent too much time on this and it's not satisfying to look at...

Without sharing my solution, my idea for the first reactor is this: I determine whether it's the middle Г-shaped compound or not right after the input. Then the red waldo has two paths. One is for Г, the other is for top S-shaped and bottom inverted-J-shaped ones. If it's the S or J, I grab it by the top-left corner atom and start sending off the atoms poking on the right, then the ones on the left. If it's L, I do it right to left. I do it with red waldo and it only takes 17 squares (5×3 plus 2 on the side). I send swapped atoms directly onto the output field, while my blue waldo is pushed against the wall, constantly outputting them.
I don't try to sort or reassemble anything in my first reactor, only disassemble. The second reactor only does the sorting (omega to one output, carbon to another), the third reactor assembles carbon rings and the fourth reactor assembles Omega-acetylene.
And my whole grid is filled with really long pipes because the disassembler reactor and sorter reactor are really optimized and work much faster than assembler reactors, so I have no choice, either add artificial delays to the reactors or make long pipes as buffers to store excess atoms.

Looking at your image, it seems that you are very close to getting it to work the way you want. I think you’ll get it with a little more fiddling. You could try rotating counter-clockwise immediately after the grab-drop (probably should be a grab) below the tunnel; I don’t think the other rotates would be needed.

Got it working, slightly different, put the 3rd image in the OP (wth why are videos allowed in comments here but not images?)
