Simply Potatoes in soup?

Have you tried them? Thought about making a seafood chowder. I have a small bag of shreds to use.

I don't understand the processed potatoes thing. Potatoes have to be one of the cheapest and easiest things to make. I just now ate a potato which I microwaved for a few minutes. Wash, poke, microwave, eat.

Agree. I tried them as an experiment, but wanted to use the rest rather than waste.
