Just received this in the mail nearly 3 years after I ordered it.

I moved house and had a kid in the time it took to finally get it.

Was worth the wait though, comes with a niffty art book full of photos and press info.

Hey everyone, very new to the genre but turns out I absolutely love it. So I'm familiar with the rushmore type albums like Kite String, Sonic Excess, Odd Fellows Rest and such but given I'm a total newbie, what would we say are the essential listening/generally considered best sludge albums?

Go your hardest by the way, I like diving into the deep end so dont be scared to recommend any I guess 'advanced' level sludge albums if they're S tier

Why u no do

On this episode, I talk werewolf films with my friend Phillip Cope of Kylesa and Oakskin. We mix things up with a combination of well-known werewolf films and some killer hidden gems. (Streaming on all platforms and YouTube)

dont say cavity or torche i mean newer bands

Imbalance specifically

looking for active sludge/adjacent/doom bands

Mine was Diab Soule. Got me hooked immediately, I bought pagan terrorism tactics after hearing that song without even listening to the whole album. Then I discovered when the kite string pops. Awesome.
